I 100% agree with everything you said. Since c4 stopped their cotton candy smart energy Ive been looking for a replacement. I tried these and while the flavor was good.. that aftertaste was BRUTAL and I havent bought more since. They really need to figure that out.
I miss that Smart Energy Cotton Candy too. I mean, we couldn't have been the only ones who liked it! It was so good. But, I guess it happens to us all... we all have a favorite discontinued at one point in our life or another.

Solid review. From the Zero Pack for this month, the Pina Colada which was really solid taste. I enjoyed a lot. Oxyshred this was my first time trying. Loving it. Enjoyed this flavor a lot. Nice Job as usual CM ! Hope you got your box. It really rocks !!!!
Nah, Im pretty sure Im the LAST person to ever get the box!!! A lot of people seem to like the Pina Colada so Im definitely interested in trying it. Hopefully they didnt trick you into trying the others though. 😂
And I found out they do make a pre-workout powder for 59.99
Have you tried their gummy snake flavor which I found today at my local Kroger for 2 bucks ... All I'll say is WOW talking about sweet lol! Worth a try if you haven't and I would like to hear what you have to say about it. Hope all is well now and Have a great week!
These are okay, there's definitely some improvements to be made. Passion fruit was my favorite so far, but I agree completely the flavor could be stronger. just wish that caramel color wasn't there, natural or not it's still caramel color, and my stomach doesn't appreciate it.
Hopefully they tweak the product for the better.
@@CaffeineMan1 I just got two of these -- the guava and the passionfruit.
I noticed some weird inconsistencies when comparing the labels.
First of all, they listed Vitamin C *twice* in the nutrition facts -- first with "0% DV" and then with "60% % DV" -- lol, yes, *two* percentage signs!
On the two flavors I got, they listed a single bullet point at the top as "Bitter orange guarana", when those are actually two separate ingredients that should've been two bullet points. You can see evidence of this on the Amazon product page, but only on certain flavors; on the guava flavor, they listed it in that bullet point, but then left it off the ingredients!
As far as the aftertaste, I'm not sure if it's the bitter orange, the guarana, one of the b-vitamins, or maybe the 1000mg carnitine (which is a higher dose than what's usually in standard energy drinks) -- but I swear I've tasted it somewhere before.
I agree with your review. There is this weird aftertaste in most of them if not all of them. Just not a fan of any of them really. Peach rings was probably the best one. The drink overall is a fail in my opinion.
Yeah, its a shame since its such a well known company. I guess they'll have to profit on all their other products because these arent going to cut it.

I tried the new Ghostbusters line. It’s pretty good.
We have less flavours of these over here in Aus but the Pina Colada variety is the best out of the lot for me, the only one which masks most of that terrible after taste! It would probably be similar to Bahama Breeze, but apart from the Pineapple, you can definitely also taste creamy coconut (with that creamy aspect being what would mask that strange after taste so well). I've also found that the colder you drink these the better as you can really taste the after taste when they're more room temperature.
I'll probably be trying the Pina Colada in next weekends livestream. I heard it is part of the Zeropack box that I get monthly.

Actually liked the passion fruit and cola ones the best because most of them are really high in sweetness, probably would not recommend these but I would pick it over Celsius which I think it’s a good competitor against.
Yeah, Celsius has been all over the board for me in terms of scores, but I can see these being around the same or better in some categories.
I first started drinking these like a month ago they taste almost like a cherry Coca-Cola

i actually noticed that aftertaste but i didn't mind it. we don't have 4 of the flavours and have 113mg of natural caffeine. 113mg...such a unique amount!
Interesting, 113... reminds me of Uptime that has 143 or something like that.

Hey Caffeine Man, I went to the Vitamin Shop to grab a case of my favorite energy drink and I saw the Oxyshred cotton candy and bought a can. I checked to see if you had done a review on it because I have never heard of that brand. I tried it and I would have to say that if Pepto Bismol came in a can this would be it.... but even Pepto taste better than this.

I tried the Bahama Breeze and peach rings. I thought they were solid I did not get that after taste but I did get that nasty aftertaste with the passion fruit one.

I heard the pina colada is in this months Zeropack box.
I had never seen these before or heard of them until I was at a Vitamin Shoppe and saw they had them. When I first saw them, I was like what is this then I read the label and saw this was more for of a thermogenic type, drink and pasted on it. I had thought about maybe giving them a try later on when I saw them again, I still pasted on it. After seeing your review on these and seeing you did not give them a very high rating, I think I will still pass on every trying them. There are just too many other drinks I like way better than to spend the money on these just to try.

I don’t think I’ve seen these before. But I do like the variety of flavors that we don’t see such as Passion Fruit or Cola.

I like the burn these drinks give me in the gym, really makes me sweat.
I love the Guava it's one of my top favorite energy drinks out there. The new Bahama Breeze is really good too. The only ones I didn't like were Cola and Cotton candy.
