- I have found so much to be grateful for on and off my mountain bike. Thank you to everyone that has supported this channel and my dreams. You are why I do what I do!
A special thank you to Anthony for all those late-night talks and dinner at Andy’s. Thank you to Dan for being a great friend and for offering to pay for my mountain bike repair. And to my Dad who has taught me everything I know about production and who continues to take care of me… I love you Dad.

Finally, if you can’t get enough mountain biking in your life check out the Ride and Laugh MTB Podcast. Dan and I release weekly episodes and they are a lot of fun. The CZcams version has a lot of supporting b-roll so it’s also a great watch. You can find it here: / @ridelaughpodcast
The episodes are also available on Spotify, Apple, Google and/or wherever you get your podcast, so give us a follow there as well.

Really enjoyed this video. And the comments are equally wonderful! There's always something to appreciate. I love and appreciate our friendship! Follow your intuition, follow your passion, and let's see what happens! I can't wait to see how this all ends up working out perfectly for you! You're an awesome person and you deserve all the success coming to you!
Thanks Dan. I appreciate our friendship so much. You have been so helpful in guiding me through my darkest moments. I'm not sure where I'd be without you brotha. Looking forward to the next 20 years! #RideAndLaugh
Beautifully put, Sage. Sounds like you're surrounded by good people, and that goes a long way.
Thanks for being such a good friend Zane!
Sage - your expression of gratitude is a reflection of all our gratitude for you and your spirit. You have always radiated energy to everyone around you. Thank you for sharing your spirit with the world, man.
Thank you for the kind words Yos. It's been hard to stay positive, but having good friends like you by my side has helped a lot. Lets grab a coffee together again soon. Miss you man.
Good stuff Sage, I'm grateful to have you as a friend. Love you, brother.
Thank you for being a part of my life Stick. #grateful
Sage,
Your passion and honesty is admirable. I’ll keep watching.
Thank you so much Jeff!
🥹 we’re grateful for you! Your enthusiasm, clarity, love of the sport and our area is palpable.
Thank you for the kind words and all that you do for the mountain bike community Shelly!
Sage it takes so much courage to be so vulnerable. Kudos on being able to be so honest and raw with your community. I'm so sorry for the personal difficulties you're going through, but Im so glad you had the F1RE ride to help lift your spirits and remind you of the value and satisfaction of your work!
It's been tough but I also believe in transparency (where applicable), and this ride/event meant the world to me. It also opened my eyes to all the other things in my life I can be grateful for... including our friendship. Thanks for being there for me Sam.
GRATITUED! I have found the path to healing the challenging and painful parts of life's journey is level up ones recognition of all the blessings in our lives.. Well stated sir.
Love that Sam. Thank you for the wonderful comment and feedback. Sage
A year and a half ago I got back on a bicycle after 40 years away from it, the smile on your face reflects how I felt getting back on a bike. Your videos are both uplifting and informative, they've helped me tremendously on my journey back to regaining the skills I've lost and gaining the new skills I need to ride MTB at 57 years young. I'm grateful there's people like you there to help a guy like me, keep up the good work and ride on!
Thank you so much for the kind words Pat. I'm so glad we had a chance to meet the other day at Mt Penn. Maybe next time we can hook up for a ride. If you can swing it, I would love your support on Patreon, of course if you can't no worries. Hope to see you out there again. Sage
Keep your head up brother, brighter days are coming. Your passion and drive will see you through, stay the course ❤
Thanks JT. I'm just taking it day by day. We'll see what the future holds.
Dear Sage, I think I've been with you and your channel pretty much since it was founded. After all your gratitude to everyone else, don't forget to thank yourself. You reach so many people around the world and motivate them to experience the unforgettable feeling of our sport. I'm sitting here in little Switzerland and always enjoy watching your videos, whether it's products you introduce or you take us on your adventures which is always a pleasure. It's great how you make your videos and with what love and dedication you prepare the content for us to watch. Thank you for this and I look forward to continuing to follow you on CZcams and watching and enjoying your videos. Keep up the good work my friend and have a fantastic weekend🙌✌
I think your right Christoph, we have been on this CZcams journey together for quite some time. Thank you for the kind words. I'm always inspired to ride after watching your videos. I hope our paths cross at some point, it would be great to finally meet you! Sage
@@TrailSage That would be really awesome🤩. Thanks a lot mate🙏🙌
Sage, we are the ones who thank you for who you are and for the wonderful content you provide us. As you know, your channel is one of my favorites, one that, regardless of my availability, I make sure I don't miss a single video.
And more than you thanking us, we have to thank you.
Unfortunately I can't help much more than I currently do, but we've already talked about it, nothing has changed.
Stay strong my friend, keep your head up and appreciate the good things. Even in the midst of the storm there are always good things to appreciate.
It's an honor to be able to call you a friend! And I hope one day I can do it and thank you in person!
Thank you mt dear friend!
Luis you are always much too kind. Thank you for the kind words. Your encouragement makes it all worth it, and I am glad I can call you a friend. I also hope our paths cross at some point. It would be great to meet and ride with you. Sage
Those ladies kick ass
You ain't kidding Scott, they are so impressive. Sage
Great person like you get great things happen , and like my grandpa used to said after a raining day sun always come out. Best of luck my brother
I love that! Yes, let's hope for many sunny days to come. Thanks JT
Thank You for this video Sage. I really needed this. Gratitude is something I definitely need more of. Dan hit it right on when saying be happy and grateful for even the smallest things in life. Keep on plugging away , things will get better. You are lucky to have a friend like Dan. Thanks again for your down to earth honesty. JP
Thank you for the kind message Johnny. I'm so grateful to have friends and supporters like you around me. Let's see where this new chapter leads. Sage
Keep you spirits high and I like the way you focused on all of the positives! CZcams is can be a strange journey, but I can tell that you really enjoy it. I like your videos and the energy that you put into them!
Thank you so much for those encouraging words. That's exactly the fuel I needed to keep making great content.
Thanks for all the videos on your channel and the ride and laugh CZcams. Enjoyed watching the videos on Rocky Ridge before I went for the first time. Cadillac drop looks a lot bigger standing on it. Not sure if my 150/120mm bike would appreciate me trying it or my 55yr old body would. Mt penn looks real cool. How about a ride with Dan and Sage at Mt Penn contest 👍
Thank you for the kind words and encouragement, that means a lot. Also, you are right, the Cadillac drop is total GoPro effect, lol. You don't need a contest to ride with me Charles. Hit me up via Instagram anytime you want a tour.
You are the man bro. You've always been. Keep your chin up. I hope things get better moving forward. Best wishes.
Thanks Jo. I'm doing my best. Things are happening very quick now, she is motivated to get this done, so I suppose I'm grateful for the closure.
@@TrailSage sorry to hear :(
Awesome video, you have a good and generous heart! Sorry the mediation didn't avoid the cost and pain you go through and ... Montco judges are tough on fathers I hear. When the clouds finally clear, you will see sunny skies but only if you look up to heaven for your hope is there....🙏
Thanks Ken. I appreciate your kind words and encouragement. I'm ready to start the new chapter in my life and I'm happy to call you a friend. Sage
Sorry to hear you've been going through a tough time Sage, keep up with the videos, you have a lot of support out there 👏
Thank you so much Martin! That means a lot coming from you knowing all the struggles you have gone through. Looking forward to the next chapter in my life.
Mô m xe đạp địa hình rất thú vị ,cảm ơn vì bạn đã chia sẻ ,các bạn trẻ tràn đầy năng lượng khám phá thử thách 🤝👍.
Thank you Nguyen. These girls were amazing!
Eyy Sage... I have followed your channel for... Shit.. Since somewhere near the beginning of it I would imagine. And it's an "odd" kind of friendship that develops over the years... So videos like this... Well... They suck to be honest. It's never nice hearing someone you know and like is not crushing it at life! I hope the temporary lul doesn't impact you and the channel too much. And hope you emerge on the otherside strong and happy...
Thanks Phil. It's because of people like you, who care and encourage me, that I find the strength and will to keep pushing. I appreciate our friendship and hope that we get to someday meet in real life.
@@TrailSage For sure... Scouts Out makes it over here from time to time and we always make a plan to get together. And I have a sneaky suspicion that you'd really like the kinda stuff we ride... :D
Also...do we need to get a gofundme going to get you a new rear triangle or what?!
Lol. I told the boys at MLC to forget it. Ibis wanted $480 for a used 6 year old triangle. I gonna just put my faith in the carbon repair guy.
@@TrailSage $480 for a used triangle? That's obscene! Carbon repair will be good as new 👌🏼
