Even established masters of renunciation like Sri Ramakrishna suggested his disciples pray for money when they need it. You're supposed to go to God(s) for what you need, otherwise what are you worshipping them for?

Silver cornucopia means thought - Fortuna is born from work and thought and it gives many things - this video is Awful for it confuses Tyche with Fortuna. Fortuna is SOLID - Tyche is fickle standing on a wheel where quickness and intelligence brings to rise while extensive pondered slow thought and human failings bring you to fall.
Fortuna: Work and thought.
Tyche: quickness and intelligence (thought is less important and can cause fall - its intelligence perception and opportunity spotting that is important).
With this little bit of information you can call fortune on you - both Tyche and Fortuna. Just apply the knowledge. The truth of these words is proven by application and observation of the knowledge. The picture you chose for your podcast is beautiful and worthy for it renders the idea.
Tyche does fortune telling - Fortuna looks at who you behave and then she tells you her opinion if she so wishes - its called Mckinsey and Boston Consulting Group.

@@FabulousFolklore Well first of all use your eyes and the artwork - art says truth its why they use it to protray divinities and concepts. You can find a beautiful mosaic and knowledge on Tyche in the cathedral of SIENA (Italy) - pay the ticket and you can see it on the floor. Use also logic and reason: hard work with good thought brings fortune (Fortuna). Opportunity finding brings fortune but is risky (tyche). Headstrong insistance can give result (standing sexy Blind fortune). Its so obvious so to be evident - with logic and reason and observation you can avoid the many lies of others!
