- Fortuna, equivalent to the Greek goddess Tyche, is the goddess of fortune and the literal personification of luck.
Her impact on culture is still largely felt today, with the wheel of fortune being an actualized representation.
(Wheel of fortune/fortuna) and a myriad of influence in cultural works throughout the Middle Ages.
Fortuna has persisted, perhaps largely due to the idea of potential fortune once favored by her.
This favor continued though the Renaissance along with even Christianized versions of Lady luck.
As written on by Boethius (6th century philosopher), that the apparently random and often ruinous turns of Fortune's Wheel are in fact both inevitable and providential, that even the most coincidental events are part of God's hidden plan which one should not resist or try to change. Fortuna, then, was a servant of God.
She has no doubt become deeply ingrained in our everyday life and references.

💖💖💖💖💖💖 Update: after a few days of listening the first thing I notice it’s not just some synchronicity and lucky events but the main thing is the rewire it makes of your brain. I feel more logic and I see things as they are: positive and good. It’s not just simple forced optimism it’s something else more spiritual and intellectual at the same time that I have never experienced before. I just know things are fine and that makes me happy. I want to contribute with my story. After listening to it the first time, my mood, which is usually somber and depressing, became lighter and more positive, inspiring a certain amount of self-confidence and positivity. For many it might mean nothing, but after more than a decade of feeling different even when medicine didn't work, it's a nice achievement. It was a totally unexpected and welcome effect.

@@angelathompson4304 Me too. Flute is usually too high pitched for my taste. It's piercing into my brain and puts my nerves on edge in an instant. I always turn the volume down on this one (and it's still too "audible"!) This is a video I tolerate but not enjoy. I can hear the sadness and melancholy feeling of the sound, I appreciate the talent of the singer, etc, but that doesn't mean that I don't get my ears bleeding.
