I LOVE that door too! It would be so cool in our sunroom when it’s finished on floor rolling feet that lock down to use as divider wall between our bar and new dining room.

It's so refreshing to finally see a space made over with some personality!! Too often people make their entire living spaces all white everywhere and two tan "accents". Those faux leather throw pillows, fireplace, and closet door (not to mention the color scheme) was just awesome to see. Good video!

So I'm pretty sure my husband has all these tools and he looooves doing jobs like this. We are moving soon Lord willing, and if we ever buy another house, you guys have totally made me feel confident that we can get a fixer upper lol. Its so hard for me to look at houses and think "this will look good this way" but I love your inspiration, and how cheap you do everything for. And my husband is all about saving money!! Haha
That was a beautiful Green-Toned-Gray color, looks like sage leaf. You two are a woderful team and did an excellent job with the makeover.

Something that is amazing for drywall is Drywall Joint Compound(20 minutes dry). You can cover much larger areas with a wide taping knife. You can buy a couple cans of texture so the wall blends unless you like the flat wall look. Texture sort of hides and uneven surface. Then you prime and paint. 👍 Makes for a faster cleaner job. Hope that helps.
Live it. Lights are genius. Try a bar of soap rubbed on drawer and inside of dresser to have drawers slide

Beautiful DIY bedroom makeover. We use candles to wax the bottom of our dresser drawers and it makes a world of difference for a smooth even slide.

That barn door is amazing! Most barn doors are farmhouse style, and while they are an interesting statement piece, farmhouse is not really my style. I love boho and modern decor. This door fits both! I wish I had the skill and PATIENCE to re-create something similar, but it's beyond my abilities! You guys are truly talented! Love the whole room.

For those pillows in the back of your bed you could use drop cloths to cover pillows. I’ve seen this done before and it looks similar

This is so awesome , I had this idea to make a peek through barnyard door to keep my cats out of room but have them still see us !!! Wax the running guides for the drawers, it will help them slide better. You can rub over them with bees wax or even just a wax candle.
