    OK. For one the white poles are steak bed markers for crappie fishermen although they are shallow they are not there to warn you of shallow water. LOL

      The buoys move when there’s high water because the chains that anchor them float the concrete anchor blocks off the bottom then they drift. I have a lake chart in my GPS that really helps. DO NOT trust the channel markers. Corp of Engineers rarely set them since Priest doesn’t have commercial traffic. I been on Priest since 1988. Of in doubt ask someone or follow other boats through unfamiliar areas.

      TWRA station near the dam has lake charts like that and so do most of the marinas.

    Nobody maintains anything anywhere on Percy Priest.
