COVID-19 has most certainly escalated many challenges found within the special education community.
For us, one of the most prevalent has been the struggle with anxiety found within our son!
Anxiety is common amongst EVERYONE who steps outside of their comfort zone...
However, when that anxiety takes over your life... that COULD be a sign of an Anxiety disorder!
In today's video... we break down the five most common anxiety disorders;
1. Generalized Anxiety Disorder
2. Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
3. Panic Disorder - Panic Attacks
4. Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
5. Social Phobia or Social Anxiety Disorder
When researching this topic... I was SHOCKED by how many symptoms our son shows specifically for Social Anxiety Disorder.
With the help of some experts, we have created a way that has greatly helped him overcome this challenge...
