  • Quick & Healthy Oats Chilla Recipe | High Protein Breakfast Idea
    Learn how to make a delicious and nutritious oats chilla, perfect for a quick breakfast or a healthy snack! This high-protein recipe is easy to prepare and packed with flavors.
    Ingredients:
    • 1 cup oats
    • 1/4 cup gram flour (besan)
    • 1/2 cup finely chopped vegetables (onion, tomato, bell pepper)
    • 1-2 green chilies, finely chopped
    • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
    • Salt to taste
    • Water as needed
    • Oil for cooking
    1. Grind the oats into a fine powder.
    2. In a mixing bowl, combine the oats powder, gram flour, chopped vegetables, green chilies, turmeric powder, and salt.
    3. Gradually add water to make a smooth batter.
    4. Heat a non-stick pan and add a little oil.
    5. Pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan and spread it evenly.
    6. Cook on medium heat until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
    7. Serve hot with chutney or yogurt.
