literally based my fried fish and chips on your seasoned fish but had stopped seasoning it. as you find out with fish its so good to let the lemon lime and sauce do the lifting on flavor since fish meat has a fairly robust flavor.

Brother Quan, try soaking the fish in the hot sauce, then add the batter, then fry. You may like that flavor and added crispiness😋 QUICKTIME!
Won't the vinegar from the hot sauce cook the fish and make it rubbery?
@@BoricuaHaze28 don't leave the fish in the hot sauce too long or the vinegar will dissolve the fish. 5-10 mins the max. Try it💪

I've been watching for years since you lived with your moms and was just starting and I'm curious if you could do more of the recipe kind of like life is a beautiful thing. @@QuangTran. Hey Quang, my favorite late night munchies has to be my lazy loaded breakfast burritos - its air fried seasoned french fries, Mexican cheese blend, two soft scrambled eggs, avocado slices, and some sriracha mayo sauce. It really hits the spot!

Quang, you are the MASTER of frying food. A suggestion……you must try the Fried fish with malt vinegar instead of tartar sauce. The malt vinegar balances out the greasiness of the fish (so you can eat more 😄!)

you definitely know your way around the kitchen brov! that fish looks banging... crispy! golden brown, caremelised:)... prawns look beautiful to! not shell fish guy, but would definitelly try yours;-) tater tots not my thing but do eat em on occasion;-) thick chunky crinkle cut chips are my jam.. mccains or strait cut! oven bake em at gas mark six n half in extra virgin olive oil and leave em to charameliise so like mini roast potatoes: ).. can take a long time, hour, hour and half. but well worth the wait;-)

We don't season the the fish in the UK aswell. Just the batter, then we add salt and vinegar on top after.

Tonight for dinner I am making chicken strips potatoes, salad 🥗 with a slice of garlic bread . I will try out this batter . I like tye batter that has the sparkling water it makes it really crispy.
