Beautiful artwork, Valentin! The landscape is done without flaws, i will try to recreate this to learn more. I think creating realistic backgrounds is a very tricky and hard thing to do in ps manipulation, especially if you use so many different photos. At least for me it is the hardest thing. But your methods and techniques are a real help...and of course, are perfectly made. I also think that your fantasy type of work art are the best out there, are really beautiful and full of imagination. And the way you creat magic is...."magical". I still have a lot to learn from your tutorials, but your channel is definitely like a dictionary or manual in PsManipulation. I can find here all i need to creat beautiful art. Thank you for your hard work!

Thank you so much Alexandra! It means so much to see people that really appreciate my tutorials. For sure that my work is not perfect, I still have a lot to learn, but the thing is that I love to share what I learn along the way. I cannot wait until that day when I'll say.. ok now I know enough, it's time to share my experience, because that day will never come. I will always be learning and upgrading. Creating landscapes is not hard, the hardest part is the discipline, the consistency, to be able to practice over and over for months, years, every day. That's the hardest part. And another important thing is the basic knowledge, not photo manipulation, not photoshop, but basic things, like color theory, perspective, depth, shadows and lights, which are present in everything, from photography to films, not only in photo manipulation. So the idea is to learn from everything that surrounds us, not chasing only photoshop or photo manipulation, because great artists in photo manipulation do not share that much knowledge, they mostly do speed arts and you have to figure it out how they did it. So you must learn from all the rest also, because those principles apply in photo manipulation too.

@@Mr23Design You are absolutely right in all you have said. We must always learn continuously from different sources and absorb as much information as we can, and also practice a lot. Over the years i made a lot of courses (including the Neostock course and Phaserunner's course and learned a lot) and i also follow other artists on youtube. They are all great and share precious information. But your channel is by far my favourite because it suits my needs and style and explains very clear every aspect i am interested in. As i said, on this channel i find all i need when i am struggling with something, including inspiration, and because i am following you from the start, i am realy used to your style of explaining things, you are easy to follow and very knowledgeable. There are many artists that make speed art...is nice to watch and get inspired by, but it's not very useful for me when is comes to learning. This is why your channel is the best for me...Is like having all you need in only one place, when it comes to learning.

I'm planning to release some in depth full tutorials too, I'm tired in compressing hours of work and knowledge in 10 minutes to post on CZcams.

This is really nice, all though i realized that the light on the buildings in the back coming from the left and the light on the witch/bear coming from the right!

I saw that too, but I did it anyway, because I could not find another photo with a castle in that angle. I tried to flip it and it did not look good, I tried to repaint the shadows and lights on the castle, but took too much time for what I wanted with this design. It's not 100% wrong, we still have lights coming from the left side too, I don't mind it that much, I wanted to focus on the characters more.
