Nai formula milk ko heat nai krtay na hi cook krtay he or formula bnanay k bad ek ghntay k andr andr use krna hota he. Breastfeed ko bhi direct heat nai krna. Do not heat breast milk directly on the stove or in the microwave. Warm water bowl me lekr usme bottle dal sakte he

2/1 ratio of breastmilk/formula to oats has worked well for me. You can make it a little more runny if you like as well. Personally I don’t like adding the water like this person did as water isn’t good for infants.

I was about to ask this . As I have seen some dont toast it and just boil it. Dont know if also toasting it will get rid of more nutrients?
to me toasting In big batch can help for easy storage and faster prep
Its to make the oats turn a bit crispy and will blend into a fine powder for a smoother consistency.
@@biancamckenzie4139 oats don’t have bacteria like that. When you dry cook the oats it turns a bit crispy so when you grind it itll become a fine powder 😊
