Recipe 1 Baby rice cereal
Ingredients :
1 tbsp the rice cereal powder homemade
1/2 cup water
Breastmilk or formula milk
How To:
Wash and sieve 1 cup of brown rice
Place them in a pan
Roast rice for 5 minutes or until dry
This step makes rice can be stored long-lasting
Let them cool down
Transfer them to a blender or food processor
Blend in 2 or 3 batches (depend on your blender)
Blend until a fine powder
Store in an airtight food container
Place water & the rice powder in a saucepan
Mix well to avoid any clumps
Cook in low medium flame
Keep stirring
Cook until the mixture is thick
Add breastmilk or formula milk for a creamy texture
Recipe 2 baby oatmeal cereal
Ingredients :
2 tbsp the oats powder homemade
3/4 cup water
How To:
Blend oats until a fine powder
Store in an airtight food container
Place water & the oats powder in a saucepan
Mix well to avoid any clumps
Cook in low medium flame
Keep stirring
Cook until the mixture is thick
Recipe 3 homemade barley cereal
Ingredients :
1 tbsp the barley cereal powder homemade
1/2 cup water
Breastmilk or formula milk
How To:
Wash and sieve 1 cup of barley
Place them in a pan
Roast barley for 5 minutes or until dry
Let them cool down
Transfer them to a blender or food processor
Place water & the barley powder in a saucepan
Mix well to avoid any clumps
Cook in low medium flame
Keep stirring
Cook until the mixture is thick

Always use rolled organic. If not organic it contains lots of pesticides.

It’s only cooking the rice a bit and getting it dry after being washed. 👍🏼 it’s not crying frying

3 month's old baby doesn't have to eat stuff. They need milk. Their intestines are not ready..
My baby will be 3 months in 10 days and a nurse at her doc office advised me to thicken her milk 2 weeks ago with rice or oat cereal. I definitely think you can try this with your 3 month old just don’t give him/her the same amount you would feed to a 6 month old

You shouldn’t be promoting brown rice, brown rice is unnatural and contains up to 50% more arsenic than white rice.
