51:00 I think calling backup was considered bugged because there was no way for the backup guys to enter, for a lack of a better term, the DLC mansion. Lincoln can manually leap over the wall but I don't think the bodyguards were programmed to recognize or do that in the game. Backup is best called when you have a map where they can simply walk in like open areas like the city. Some games have bodyguard mechanics where the NPC players follow you or pathfind with you, so if you stay near them (the backup guys) maybe they will follow your lead. Edit: Like at 54:12 that's a nice open area with doors to walk through
This was a fun episode to watch. It was my favorite episode as well. It was so entertaining as well
Funny thing is lore-wise, Vito never had to deal with anything like this in Mafia II. In Mafia II, it was established that every gang family is doing something criminally illegal like racketeering or selling drugs. With Mafia III, Lincoln is dealing with rackets BUT this DLC has him dealing with people who belong in a hospital or something, the cult does murder the victims so there is that crime, but again nothing like Mafia II!
just watched episodes 18 and 19, have to say the ending to episode 18 was very emotional, and episode 19 did confirm that you are indeed the puzzle master, can’t wait for episode 20. 😊
