Out of the entire series you choose Ghirahim? He must have been the worst villain by far. Nothing but a pawn, an excessively flamboyant way of dressing and acting (with the exception of the last time you fight him) and he creepy... and not the good creepy like Majora that makes it hard to sleep at night, the kind that makes you ware a chastity belt whenever you see him around and take a cold shower after hes gone.
John David Tibbetts A villain is supposed to feel threatening and intimidating... not flamboyant and awkward. I already said hes the bad sort of creepy as opposed to Majora who is the good kind of creepy and again he was just like Zant. A worthless little pawn that was used and thrown away because he was just a tool to a greater evil.

Technically he wasn't killed, he is a sword spirit, just like Fi, but extremely loyal to demise. While he is rather erratic and weird, he was very capable on his own. But, however, your opinion is yours.
when they compared Gruntilda to other "cliché" witches and then showed a picture of the witch from Snow white, I got horrible memories of horrible nightmares I had as a kid. and MAN that image still freaks me out! good job on scaring, ms. witch. good job
In regards to Dr. Robotnik/Eggman, his motivation has actually been pretty consistent. It's always been world domination. In Sonic Colours, he DID have that theme park, but it was to cover up his true plan; which was to turn the entire Whisp Alien species into a fuel to power his mind control cannon to make everyone on Sonic's planet his slaves. Once again, world domination. However, w/ how goofy of a villain he can be at times, I can understand why you would only have him at #6 on this list; especially because he's made for some of the dumbest ideas for robotic creations. The Secret Base Zone Boss, (Sonic Advance) the Egg Golem, (Sonic Adventure 2/SA2: Battle) and the Lava Reef Zone Boss (Sonic & Knuckles/Sonic 3 & Knuckles) just to name a few.
If there was an honorable mentions list, I'd wish for Dr. Cortex from the Crash Bandicoot games to be there. His best appearances, to me are in Crash Bandicoot: Warped and Crash Twinsanity. "Tiny was a good fellow. He hated everyone and everything, but a good heart nonetheless. Please try to be more _reasonable_ with my minions next time!" "Defeated again! This is not fair! I want 2 see Ganondorf, Ganon, Agahnim, Zant, Majora, Ghirahim, and Demise boss battles in the same Legend of Zelda. Love those Villians and Boss BATTLES
I'd definitely put Cyrus somewhere on my list. His backstory is great, his personality is great, and he even almost succeeds unlike most of the other pokemon villains.
I loved wreck it Ralph! (my favourite bit is the Owl City song at the end "When Can I See You Again", and the driving parts were great too) There's a lot of characters I love to hate, Bowser, Grunty and Eggman for example, Team rocket in pokemon as they always try and get in your way.
Zelda theory claims that Ghirahim, who turned out to be the Sword of Demise, is the same Kokiri Sword from Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask. The diamonds, that yellow and red, should be enough evidence. Who would've thought he and Link would fight side by side?
Note, Bowser survived being sucked into the CORE of a PLANET, and then a black hole, he also has his Giga-Bowser form and has appeared multiple times as Dry-Bowser, He can't even be stopped by DEATH ITSELF.
And there's also Mizuno from Tomba! series. But she's one of those less noticed characters in the series. And not to mention, all the witches in licenced games(they count to the video game witches somewhat)

Fought Sonic bare handed in a fight to the death as both of them were being slowly erased by the very weapon I listed above. Psychologically scars the Freedom Fighters when he makes his grand return in Issue #75. Does the events of Sonic Adventure 1 and 2. When Sonic “sacrifices” himself in Issue #125, he doesn’t grieve. He initiates an all-out war. Created an A.I. that almost brought the end of the world. Burns the city of Knothole (The Freedom Fighters, their friends and family, and the monarchy’s home) to the ground with his Egg Fleet. DEFEATS Sonic the Hedgehog single handedly in battle armor. Almost drains the life force out of all of Sonic’s friends and family. Defeats an omnipotent being, even if it was only temporarily. As he loses his sanity losing to Sonic so many times, he almost vaporizes half of his forces and the Freedom Fighters in one issue. AND, When he regains his sanity, he builds a new Death Egg, altered reality, thus creating Mecha Sally, which broke the Freedom Fighters, only to reset reality again for the Sonic/Megaman crossover, disrupts Super Sonic when he’s trying to fix their world and is now responsible for the current problem of their world being torn apart by fissures. I like Elpihas the Inheritor from the DOW series. Eliphas was a Dark Apostle and he led cultists to conquer a planet in DOW: dark Crusade, failed, died, and came back on an ice world in DOW2: Chaos Rising. He also killed a superior Chaos Lord, took his armor and he is the best at trolling the Blood Ravens Space Marines and I hope that he comes back, especially with his old voice actor: Paul Dobson.
one of mine would be Count Bleck from super paper Mario. He loves to use melee attacks even though he is treated like a wizard. The way he dresses and backstory. I love Hades in this game. Although Hades in disney's Hercules was hilarious This guy just takes the cake. I mean seriously, his first appearance was laughably awesome (Not so much the 'spoiler alert' quote but him tearing the credits to shreds) and his dialogue is just so much fun. About Eggman's IQ. IQ is defined as mental age divided by chronological age times 100. For him to have an IQ of 300, his mental age would have to be 3 times higher than his chronological age. Eggman's appearance gives away that he can't be any lower than the 30-40 age range, giving him a mental age of at least 90, typically when people start forgetting how to do several stupid things that don't seem hard to an average person. In short, Eggman is (kind of) senile. Hope that clears it up!

I would love to see a Ganondorf who acts like Joffrey from GoT/aSoIaF with Kefka's godlike powers from FFVI with a more menacing look that almost resembles demise's but who looks a little more like a human who's mortal. That'd be epic to see in the next dark Zelda game.

Sonic Colors: Burn's an entire race of innocent aliens into fuel to take control of the entire planet using that fuel. Sonic Generations: Uses a spatial demon called the Time eater to erase all his previous plan's failures from existence.
I personally think sephiroth should've been on the list. he dies in crisis core and returns in final fantasy 7. dies in that and returns in advent children. I am happy that you mentioned him in the kingdom hearts section though.
Ridley he was able to mentally and emotionaly scar Samus to the point anytime she saw him as a bounty hunter she either acted like a scared girl or went into a revenge fueled rage.

I was so mad at kid icarus uprising at first. I thought it was too short. But then hades... the best bad guy I have ever seen.

My personal theory as to why eggman doesn't put stuff like electric shields around his stuff is that he's taken too many homing attacks to the head.
About Eggman's IQ.
IQ is defined as mental age divided by chronological age times 100. For him to have an IQ of 300, his mental age would have to be 3 times higher than his chronological age. Eggman's appearance gives away that he can't be any lower than the 30-40 age range, giving him a mental age of at least 90, typically when people start forgetting how to do several stupid things that don't seem hard to an average person.

I would love to see a Ganondorf who acts like Joffrey from GoT/aSoIaF with Kefka's godlike powers from FFVI with a more menacing look that almost resembles demise's but who looks a little more like a human who's mortal.

Sonic Colors: Burn's an entire race of innocent aliens into fuel to take control of the entire planet using that fuel. Sonic Generations: Uses a spatial demon called the Time eater to erase all his previous plan's failures from existence.
I personally think sephiroth should've been on the list. he dies in crisis core and returns in final fantasy 7. dies in that and returns in advent children. I am happy that you mentioned him in the kingdom hearts section though.
Ridley he was able to mentally and emotionaly scar Samus to the point anytime she saw him as a bounty hunter she either acted like a scared girl or went into a revenge fueled rage.
But he did swallow the souls of millions and attempt to greet Pit on a mountain of corpses.
