    ✍🏻𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
    For Kadhi:
    * Coriander Seeds (धनिया)
    * Cumin Seeds(जीरा) - 1/2 Spoon
    * Mustard seeds(सरसों) - 1/2 Spoon
    * Curry leaves (करी पत्ता) - Some
    * Green chili (हरी मिर्ची ) - 1
    * Gram Flour (बेसन) - 3 Tbsp
    * Curd (दही) - 3 Tbsp
    * Water (पानी) - 2 Cup/500 Ml
    * Oil (तेल) - Serving Spoon
    * Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर) - 1/4 Tsp
    * Water (पानी) - 1 Cup
    * Salt (नमक ) - As Per Taste
    * Sugar (चीनी) - 1/2 Tbsp
    Tadka:
    * Oil (तेल)
    * Cumin Seeds(जीरा)
    * Mustard seeds(सरसों) - 1/2 Spoon
    * Dry red chilly (सूखी लाल मिर्च ) - 1 chilies
    * Kashmiri Red Chili Powder(कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1/4 Tsp
    * Coriander Leaves (धनिया)
    For Salad:
    * White Radish (मूली) - 2
    * Lime Juice (नींबू का रस) - Some
    * Coriander Leaves (धनिया)
    * Green Chili (हरी मिर्ची )
    * Chilli Flakes (चिली फ्लेक्स) - Some
    * Pomegranate (अनार) - Some
    * Roasted Peanuts (भुनी हुई मूंगफली)
    For Fafda:
    * Gram Flour (बेसन) - 2 Bowl
    * Salt (नमक) - Some
    * Carom Seeds (अजवाइन) - Some
    * Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर) - Some
    * Baking Soda (बेकिंग सोडा) - 1/2 Tbsp
    * Asafoetida (हींग) - 1/4 Tsp
    * Water (पानी) - 4 Tbsp
    * Oil (तेल) - 2 Tbsp
    * Oil(तेल) - For frying
    For Jalebi:
    For Sugar Syrup:
    * Sugar (चीनी) - 1 Cup/200 gram
    * Water (पानी) - 1/2 Cup/100 ml
    * Cardamom (इलायची) - 1-2
    * Saffron (केसर) - Some
    * Food Colour (खाने का रंग) - Some drops
    For Batter:
    * All-Purpose Flour (मैदा) - 1 cup
    * Curd (दही) - 1/4 cup
    * Baking Soda (बेकिंग पाउडर) - 1 tsp
    * Water (पानी)
    * Food Colour (खाने का रंग) - Some drops
    * Ghee (घी) - For frying
    ✍🏻𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐞:
    𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐊𝐚𝐝𝐡𝐢, take a bowl, add Gram Flour, Curd, and Water. Mix gradually and make a lump-free batter. Keep the heavy bottom pan for heating, and put Oil, Cumin Seeds, Mustard Seeds, crushed Whole Coriander Seeds, Dry Red Chilli, Green Chilli, Turmeric Powder, Curry Leaves, and Curd Mixture. Stir it continuously till it starts boiling. Then add Salt, Sugar, and Tadka and garnish with Coriander Leaves and enjoy!
    𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐝, take grated Raddish, add Lemon Juice, Green Chili, Coriander Leaves, Chilli Flakes, Pomegranate Seeds, and roasted Peanuts. Add Salt and Chat Masala while serving it.
    𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐅𝐚𝐟𝐝𝐚, in a bowl, take Baking Soda, Asafetida, and Water. Mix well and keep aside. Take sieved Gram Flour, Salt, Carom Seeds, Turmeric Powder, Oil, and Baking Soda Mixture. Bind the semi-soft dough by adding Water. Now add Oil mix again and continue to knead. Then keep aside the dough for 5-10 minutes. Take some part of the dough on the rolling board & press it & spread it with your palm as shown in the video. Then with a knife cut strips and remove them. Fry the Fafda in the heated Oil on a slow flame. Fry some Green Chillies also. Serve the Fafda with Jalebi. You can enjoy the Fafda long by keeping them in an airtight jar.
    𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐉𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐛𝐢, take All-Purpose Flour, Curd, Baking Powder, Food Colour and make a paste. Pour hot Ghee into the batter & mix well. Take a cone & put the mixture in it. Keep kadhai on the gas & put Ghee in it. Make Jalebi in it & keep the flame slow. Then after 1 min turn the Jalebi & turn the flame high. Take out the Jalbei & put it in the Sugar Syrup then after 1min take them out on a plate. In the same way, make all the Jalebies. Serve it and enjoy!
