I forgot to mention that you should print at least 6 months of your statement of account when going for your visa application.
Also I was thinking about starting my application in July for September 2022 school enrollment

Yes, you should have some amount of money in your personal account, even if your sponsor has enough money. It’s a plus to your application.

Please I have a question, if you have a sponsor, how much do the individual need in his or her personal account? Not the sponsors account but d person traveling for studies.
If you already have a sponsor, you can decide to have any amount of money in your personal account if you have. I don’t think it’s compulsory.

My wife is currently studying in Finland doing masters double degree program in which she has to study first year in Finland and Second year in Portugal, for Finland we have showed 7000 euro of bank statement ,for Portugal we have to show again bank statement kindly guide is 6500 euro is enough to show for remaining 01 year master for Portugal
So after your sponsor provides an affidavit of support, you don't need to show that you have money in your account again?
I still advise students to still have some personal money to show even if your sponsor has a lot of money.
