I had 5 but I tried the rooting horomone and it didn’t do well and died 😂 but wow, I thought this whole time it was yang and male for odd and yin and female for even. Def not letting my bamboo speak that evil on me though, I running to the ikea store to grab another stalk haha!

I have my lucky bamboo when I bought it it was in dirt ,rocks, water it smelled so bad so I took it out cleaned it really good and put it into distlledwater now it' Turning yellow maybe I have it on my balcony and It's getting too much sun does Is that have something to do with it but?? I paid $40 for it don't wanna lose it what do I do please help😢❤

You can keep it in water. Just change the water once every 1-2 weeks

It’s bigger now and has more and longer roots. No root hormones or anything. Just water and change water every week. I out it close to the window and the morning sun hits it.

They lasted for almost 2 years. I took a long vacation and forgot to leave the blinds open (it’s by the window) so they died 😢

That’s what is recommended. But I just use tap water

I still have 5 of them now with healthy roots and leaves. I just keep them in a jar and replace water everyweek. They are placed beside a window with a morning sun
