    Whenever you're experiencing anxiety, it is likely coming from three of your chakras. This can happen when the energy is a little blocked or when they are overactive. Understanding how the energy flows through the chakras and what happens when they are unbalanced is helpful when trying to overcome anxiety.     Very informative. I have severe anxiety and I never realized so much of it was coming from my 6th Chakra. I never would have guessed that. As a matter of fact I usually avoid things having to do with that one. Interesting. Well, no more! I'm gonna dive into your newer stuff on uplifted with that Chakra, too. Thank you

    💚 Great video. I know my sixth chakra is not balanced. I can relate to the overthinking, monkey mind description. My mind is constantly jumping to conclusions and making negative predictions. I think I’m ready to dive deeper into learning about the chakras!

    Hey! i have found your video very interesting and helpful. i am suffering from health anxiety for over 4 months now. i am almost constantly thinking that I'm gonna have a heart attack. i also have the Physical symptoms as well of a anxiety. dizziness, tiredness, chest pain, etc... in the past 1 month, i started meditating, focusing and healing my Chakras, as i think that one of them, or even more are blocked or unbalanced. could you please give me a few hints how to start healing or balancing my Chakras? thank you!

    Hatha Yoga Pradipika says that no energy is in sushumna, thus chakras until the nadis have been purified. How does this relate to your theory?

    Thank you for this great educational video, as I’ve been working on my chakras for a few months but I still need a lot of work. Question, if my anxiety mostly and physically manifests on my chest (shortness of breath and tightness), does this mean I need to focus more on my heart chakra?

    What about severe anxiety around talking on the phone? Is that still the root? Or can it be outside of these 3 and is actually my throat chakra? I’ve already practiced non-attachment and my mind isn’t like the monkey mind. So I’m not really sure. Ongoing anxiety around the phone is one of those few remaining struggles I’m having

    So I think I have an overactive sixth chakra...what am I doing about that? And a blocked root chakra...is it good to do your chakra classes? Is it good to do all of them regardless? One after the other or focus more on the one that went wacko? Thank you! Great video!

      The chakra classes can definitely help, as can the info in the Academy Courses if you are an Uplifted member. Working with all of the chakras from root to crown is great because it is an integrated system. They all work together!

      There's a study thing I seen that says mental problems such as bipolar and depression, schizophrenia, anxiety, these things are not genetic it's how ur raised and the things u go to and are subject to throughout your growth and development in early childhood and adolescence will determine how u function mentally

    A burning question: I struggle with a deficient root chakra and overactive 6th chakra... I've been really drawn to kundalini yoga and have gotten a lot out of some of your kundalini videos and with other teachers... BUT, I've been questioning if it's right for everyone because the focus on bringing energy up to the 3rd eye...well, I feel like I'm already more on the ungrounded side and have too much energy up in my head! Can you give some insight?

      Kundalini is designed to raise energy, but you should be regrounding at the end of each session. The idea is to raise the awareness and then bring that energy/wisdom back down into the body. Hope that helps!

    I always knew it was my mind and I didnt want or need "modern medicine" but I didn't know what to do to heal these things and just substituted marijuana as a mind slower I guess and just trying to distract myself with hobbies and housework and kids
