- I was totally wrong about the apple watch.
I avoided one for a long time because I thought I was already too distracted by technology. But it actually helped me be more focused!
My unpaid, honest review (after using it everyday for over 3 months)
I've just bought Apple Watch SE2 and mainly use it for activity tracking, I decided also to reduce my social media screen time to max 1h a day on my iPhone which realised me that I have a lot of time for other things like going outside. I have also used my car to go for shopping but now as I have to close my apple watch activity rings I go for a walk instead and buy stuff. Great gadget!

I never wanted an Apple watch but three months ago organizing the basement I found my wife’s old gen 3 apple watch so I decided why not? I’m going to use it to see if it really works (it’s a free watch ) and I love it…I was thinking Why I didn’t buy it before? It’s amazing and I don’t need to look at my phone all the time, it helped me to keep track of my sleep, etc

You pull it out or purse or pocket to see if it's worth your time and you can't help wondering what the 6 other notifications are as well, and look through them all. You forgot to mention that last part.
Nope. You turn off the other apps. It’s not pushing all your notifications to your watch. Just choose only the most important ones
Or do you mean your phone? Sorry if I misread. Yes you are right if you are talking about your phone. It’s distracting. But the watch can filter out again what you don’t want. I n ow phone can do this, but it’s like a second filter.
A very honest review. I have had an Apple Watch series 4 for years and love it. I have just upgraded to a series 9. I am a watch collector (having over 20 analog, pocket watches and other smart watches), but only wear my apple watch. It is so useful!
Yeah I have a decent analog watch too, but can’t go back to it!

Your welcome Neil. Mine is the Series 9. It’s a great watch. I wouldn’t upgrade personally unless you do a lot of sports or outdoorsy stuff. But to each their own!
@@richardlukewelsh we’ve got 14 days to return it , so could have option to go for an ultra 1 .. can get similar price off Back market .. 2nd hand , I bought my phone from them 13 plus and it’s been great. Means I can go swimming without remembering or having to remove case every time , probably more convenient.. anyway , thanks for your reply. I’ll keep thinking for the next few days !!!
Some recommendation for the Octopus stuff, i guess it is better to have 2 Octopus cards for both the iphone and the watch. It is easy to create an e-card using your devices nowadays.
Can you do both? I couldn’t work out how to get a second one on the app. Coz the Apple Watch one is linked to the phone. So you essentially need to run 2 from the phone, even though you can’t actually use the Apple Watch one there. Really hope your right. Let me know if you’ve done so.

Yeah it’s true. And these really aren’t a necessity, but a “nice to have” so for sure you can wait.
