Yes but when the police were called about him abusing her again while already on probation for DV against her the police should have arrested him immediately for violating his probation , it shouldnt be up to the victim to say "things have calmed down " or not because that puts the victim in more danger , the abuser blames the victim , the victim basically has to say things have calmed down knowing they will be abused again if they dont . It shouldnt be left to the victim to have to say whether or not their abuser is charged or arrested , that is the cops job , it is up to them to decide if someone has broken a law or not , it is up to them to decide if someone should be charged and arrested or not .

Similar incident happened recently. The guy murdered his ex and fled to Tennessee from CT. He killed himself when police caught up to him. She was pregnant and left children behind. The POS was out on bond.

I have a no contact order against my ex, she broke it numerous times and the cops never cared. The DA (or whoever) was more concerned about saving money than actually enforcing the law. Absolutely useless.

I’ve called the police on him numerous times and one of those times I overheard them tell him that I just needed a good f*ng and left him outside my house I was petrified because I didn’t know what else to do ! The reason people are charged for the murder of an unborn child is because those babies are wanted and were likely to be be born being as though they weren’t aborted. Especially in cases where mother is quite far along and close to birth. Most abortions happen in the first 12 weeks during a period of time when the woman isn’t showing or making people aware that she’s pregnant because the intention is to not keep the child to term. Most late term abortion are due to genetic abnormalities which are usually detected after 12 weeks and confirmed though countless appointments and interventions with doctors. People are t just Willy Nilly aborting in the late stages of pregnancy so when a woman is murdered at that point yes you did take the life of a child likely to be born so it is a loss to people waiting on the arrival of the child.
I've worked with domestic violence victims all over the country. Majority of their abusers are bm. No one wants to point this out because they don't want to make it a race issue but, ultimately if the problem isn't identified how can they remedy the situation.
