  • In this video we show you how to fix your kettle bell swing and clean position by rotating the wrist to get the kettle bell into that front rack position. Don’t do the number one mistake of flipping the kettlebell over top of the wrist, you want it to fall into the nook of the hand. Dr. Thomas and Louie will go over how to correct this to protect your wrist from getting injured
    Using kettle bells is a great way to load the body in a more dynamic and powerful motion as a good bridge between traditional dumbbells and working towards doing quick compound list such as clean jerk snatch. This allows a little more forgiveness in the different joints because there is more freedom of motion compared to when you are strapped to a barbell where there’s very little room for error that could result in injury.
