    You are putting out good information, keep it up. I have struggled to cure plantar fasciitis and lower back pain for a few years. Yes many of the common treatments reduce and minimize pain, however to truly be healed and be able to go back to sports with no pain the next day the scar tissue has to be fixed. It's really challenging to figure this all out and it's ashame modern medicine does nothing to promote scar tissue release as a form of health maintenance similar to massage and seeing a chiropractor.

    I had 4 csections, last one in 2014. Since the Summer is here and everyone is at somewhat independent ages, Mamma can focus on herself a bit more now.
    Is it too late for me to be free from dealing with this scar tissue?

    Best explanation I have heard on this. I have got great success flattening scars with gaining lots of mobility and thing moving freely. Question is I have loose skin where the bump of scar tissue was.
    Will the loose skin tighten on its own, or can I do something for the loose skin.

    This sounds like what i have going on.. I threw a high kick before I was warm and tore my adductor.. i never did any stretching afterwards and now 2 yrs later, i can only open my legs about 45°... been streching but i feel like its not getting me anywhere, it gets to a point where i feel like im pinching a nerve, not stretching. Definitely need to get this done, thank you 🙏

      A friend who was a globally ranked polo player was seeing a chiropractor to relieve her aches, pains and tightness accumulated over decades of injuries. One particular area of tightness was her hip that was taking time to free up during the physiotherapy sessions. She had a fall during a polo match and hit her hip at just the right angle that pulled the muscles apart and tore the scar tissue - viola, instant freeing up of the hip!!!😂😂😂

    I have very low body fat % so I’m able to see my forearm veins very easily, even without a pump. I have a (maybe irrational) fear that I am compressing my veins when I am using my thumb, fingers, lacrosse ball, etc. to break up fascia in my arms/forearms. Basically, I’m worried that I am restricting or even blocking off blood flow through these veins in my forearms. Is this true or is it safe to apply pressure (almost my entire grip strength sometimes) to these veins for around 30 sec? I’m always trying to massage between the veins because of this fear and sometimes I can’t hit the pinpoint spot that I want to. Thank you for all your videos sir!

    • @ChiropractorLebanonTN
      @ChiropractorLebanonTN  Před 2 lety

      I would have to feel the knee and see an x-ray to answer that properly, but it is very likely that scar tissue is causing the restriction in motion. And yes, scar tissue (if that's the issue) can be released and your knee bending restored. Best to you!

    Hi. How can I know if I have a scar tissue in my knee? I had a total knee replacement 5 weeks ago. To bend and straight my knee hurts very bad😊

    • @ryanhouse9362
      @ryanhouse9362 Před 2 lety

      Hello Marcia. First of all knee replacements are serious. It can take up to a year for your body to tell you what's left to repair. Be patient :) Secondly, if you have restriction of motion and pain, you likely have scar tissue. You can have painful joint problems and scar tissue, but rarely painful joint problems alone. They go hand in hand, and you should have a soft tissue specialist like an ART or IASTM provider help you, around the 9 months post op mark. Blessings over you!

    I had a hugh blister on side of my right hand, now 2 years I have a large indentation like a sink hole of tough skin digging towards palm and my last 2 fingers have move outward, this still hurts today. Doctor told me its scare tissue but no advise like what doctor I can see. Any suggestions, names of scare tissue types I can read about.

    • @ryanhouse9362
      @ryanhouse9362 Před 2 lety

      Hello Carleen. I am betting the blister is a result of pressure you placed on a spot that had something hard underneath the skin. I bet that hard thing underneath the skin is either a soft tissue nodule (cyst, scar tissue adhesion, etc) or overgrown joint arthritis. I'd see either an ART provider (like myself) or go see an orthopedic hand specialist. And you may end up seeing both anyway. I'd recommend the hand specialist first. Hope this helps. Blessings over you!

    Hello
    I have a strange issue, wonder if you could offer any words of wisdom.
    Lower back injuries/aches/ pain in the thousands I would guess over a period of 20 years. Fast forward to 3 years ago can’t tolerate different footwear. Hurts my lower back, tension up my spine after literally just standing in unfamiliar footwear for even 2 minutes. Like my body can’t handle the change my different footwear has placed upon it. I can only tolerate the few pairs that I wore pre this issue. I’m pain free if I stick to familiar footwear but anything other I’m in extreme discomfort…. Do you think a scar tissue issue may be a potential cause? Or is that not possible as I don’t have pain otherwise… please advise

    • @ChiropractorLebanonTN
      @ChiropractorLebanonTN  Před 3 lety

      It's highly likely that it's scar tissue. Scar tissue can bind muscle layers, entrap nerves or irritate other soft tissues. Best!

      @@dwecktek Try massaging it every day for two weeks, unless that seems to inflame it. If it is not better in 2 weeks or the massage is making it worse, you need a scar tissue specialist (not surgeon). Hello my name is Chris. I had a total knee replacement on March 23, 22 and I can bend my knee 125 degrees but when I stand or walk my knee is very tight now allowing for natural movement. Also the left side of my knee(outer side near a wall) is very tight from the natural bend of my knee until 3 inches. I have seen my surgeon twice and all keeps saying is I can bend 125 that I shouldn’t be worried but I am. I have spoken to him about a manipulation to break up the scare tissue and says why look at 125 degree. I am scared that the scare tissue is going to develop to the point I can’t break it up and will be stuck walking without my natural gate. What do you think? What can I do about the scare tissue if I am doing all the massages and stretches my PT has told me to do?
