I think you should move the muffler in front off the rear axel, more room and better for offroad! 👍

Straight tube over rear axel and out, this way you will not fill your new muffler upp with mud that Will turn to brick! Ask me how i know! 😁

Hey Ludi, good job in the custom exhaust, may also be smoky due to oil and crap burning off the inside of the pipe. Sounds fantastic, almost REO Whistler truck.

Put the muffler further up in line then at the back, much quieter. My bhw smokes on start up and its normal for TDI to do so

Yeah turns out after 30mins riding the exhaust was full of oil so I got a new turbo haha

L/S. Thought one would run 2.5" pipe ? My worked 3.5 V8 Rangie pumps 175Hp, so thought your TDi would do same and clear the puff-matic mounting tube ! V.
