After years of installing stereo systems, It's 100% better to solder the connections instead of using butt connectors. After a while they come loose and start to pick up feedback from the alternator whinny noise.

Not bad, but I would have done a few things a bit different, such as solder and use heat shrink, then Tesa tape, Velcro the RP5 in dash, line up facing edge of stereo with face of dash kit so it doesn’t look like it’s so far in... just my 2 cents
How did you route the video from the rear backup camera. Didn't you have to install a pass through jumper cable from under the dash? I didn't notice that or is it accessible from the main stereo harness? Thanks in advance.
Hey you seem pretty knowledgeable... I am replacing my radio on a 2010 Silverado just want to make sure there is nothing special I need to know? Like I have already wired everything color coronated but the radio stays on weather the cars on or not and their is no music playing? Any advice would be great!!!
Hey man for the power where did you tie into? The previous owner put the same radio in my truck but it’s got an add a fuse and I have to turn the head lights on for the radio to get power. Obviously I could run a wire under the hood and tie into the ignition 12v fuse but what did you tie into that was already behind the radio?
I had a pioneer touch screen that looked just like that and it sucked. Bluetooth only worked when it wanted to and would randomly forget my phone and refuse to allow a new device to connect to it. USB outlet was so cheap u hit a bump and whatever was plugged in would lose connection. And my sub and amp pre outs also only worked when they wanted to.

Juan De Dios Lagunas there is a double fuse wire you can run from the ignition fuse to the red wire so that the radio will turn on and off when you turn on and off the vehicle
