As much as I love Rick's "Too Far Gone" speech, his "this isn't a democracy anymore" monologue is still my favourite for one simple reason. The lack of background music. I've recently fallen in love with just having silence in the background for movies and TV shows and every word Rick says in the democracy speech is impactful. I would say the Too Far Gone speech is a lot more emotionally impactful whereas the Democracy speech is more badass.

But then Rick says that one favorite line of mine "When you cross someone's path.. You'd do this to anyone, right? Besides.. I already made you a promise.." He pulls out the Machete with the Red handle and kills Gareth just like he promised. That was cool! And the look he was giving him... Oh you know Rick is out, the monster is in. It was perfect!
