THE INAUGURATION OF AKWA IBOM'S SHIPYARD
The Norfin Offshore Shipyard is a bold indication of Akwa Ibom's gradual repositioning as a preferred industrial hub in the Gulf of Guinea.
Yesterday everyone who trooped into the state, could attest that there is a serious mark in Aviation with Ibom Air; land transportation with network of roads; and maritime services vis a vis the Ibom Seaport and the Oil and Gas Free Zone licences.
Little wonder one of the aides of the Governor Ambassador Sampson Akpan could boldly say, "in Akwa Ibom there is Ibom Air, Ibom Land and Ibom Sea."
