    "Vegan fish cakes" are full of "fish" flavour, it’s hard to believe it’s completely fish-free, but it’s really completely plant-based!
    Ingredients:
    Potatoes 240g, canned chickpea 240g, olive oil 1tbsp,
    onion 100g, ginger 10g, garlic 10g,
    salt ½tsp, black pepper ¼tsp,
    seaweed crumbles 3tbsp, panko crumbs 40g
    vegan yogurt ½cup, salt ¼tsp, black pepper ¼tsp,
    olive oil ½tbsp, lemon juice ½tsp, garlic ½tsp
