Try these "Accordion Potatoes" for a fun and delicious snack! Essentially part waffle fries, part hassleback fries, crispy and tender, with savory garlic butter and fresh herbs! Do they taste good? Yes! Are they fun to pull apart and eat? Sure! I had a great time making and eating them, so if you’ve got time then definitely give it a go!

大粒土豆 400克 、无乳黄油 1汤匙 、大蒜 ½汤匙 、
细海盐 ½茶匙 、黑胡椒 ¼茶匙 、迷迭香 1茶匙、
