《tuffed Mushrooms With Tofu》
A simple yet delicious oven dish. Crushed tofu stuffed into mushrooms and bake until fragrant, toped with a homemade black pepper sauce, it’s really delicious!
Ingredients:
Medium firm tofu 200g, coriander 10g, salt ¼tsp, white pepper ¼tsp, hoisin sauce 1tbsp, sesame oil 1tsp, plain flour 3tbsp,
mushroom 400g, mushrooms stir-fry sauce ½tbsp,
black pepper ⅓tsp, garlic powder ½tsp, soy sauce ½tsp,
dark soy sauce ½tsp, sesame oil 2tsp, water 250ml, potato starch 1tsp

when no tofu i use pea/bean paste with bread crumbs or oat flakes(and egg, starch), air fry, taste like deep fry meatball
