I used Ivy at 45 for the 3 damage and perplex like you said. I also used the PAHK Ivy from notorious to generate more plant hindering terrain and the Rare for the empower and pog generation. Was a fun team with the reach granted by the terrain and 12 attack from Harley.

I love this team. That Joke is one of my favorite. What if you have Catwoman the soul sword...?

Soulsword won't work cause she needs printed mystics, plus she couldn't heal from it anyway. Star sapphire ring might be good, though, to make the damage unavoidable.

How does Harley work with damage reducers? Since we're already using the Joker you could use his team up card which gives everyone toughness. It says you can only take a max of 2 damage with Harley's trait. Would you then reduce that further by 1 with toughness so you'd only take 1 damage?

No, how much damage you take is after all reducers. So with toughness, they would reduce 1 and then take a max of 2
