This band is amazing and they kill it live too! I could tell you 20 different songs. But just dive in I promise you won’t regret it!

This song is a pretty obvious lament as a Christian that we are "eternally apart" from people we walk and exist beside everyday. There is a great chasm between us and them because they are not coming through the door (Christ), but they are beating on a wall (probably false religion of some sort). A really amazing song that should challenge Christians to be a witness for their Savior.

@@pug9001 Eternally apart the song defines itself. The song states we beat upon a wall instead of the door, there is no answer... Scripture tells us that Jesus is the door and the all those who enter must enter through the door. As Christians our eternal destinies are different than those who reject Christ (the only way) and seek to come in over the wall (all other religions believe that good works make you righteous). We exist together, but eternally apart.

Devin, I wasn't sure before, but after seeing you react to these two new tracks form my hands-down absolute favorite band (who are super humble and gracious in person btw, can guarantee seeing this will leave them beaming) I can say with certainty: We are now best friends. It must be so. I have always had absolute respect for your bold statements of our shared faith and political perspective, I LOVE seeing that stank face in response to all my favorite tracks from all my favorite bands, and I spy the same vinyl bound pocket editions of the Lord of the Rings on the shelf behind you - those very same gilded pages rest on a shelf behind me as I type this. Indeed, let the bromance to bring Eternities together In the dead of Night begin.

This album was my introduction to Phinehas. Criminally underrated band and baffled it took me this long to find them. Let's all support these boys and give them the credit they deserve. Best album I've heard in YEEEAAARS.

I gotta say I just discovered this band and holy shit. This album has quickly become one of my favorite melodic metal core albums. This is their best album imo. I heard all the other ones already. But this one is just heavy af!

You should 100 percent check out “To Carry The Weight” by Times of Grace. It’s the lead singer and guitarist from Killswitch Engage. The song is guaranteed to bring a tear to your eye. From one Devin to another...cheers!

New album out 8/27. Check out I am the Lion, Dead Choir, Coup de Grace, Seven, Fleshkiller, Dark Flag, Hell Below... Just to name a few Phinehas songs..... Also, Fun fact, the guitarist is the same guitarist as Fit for a King, Another stellar Christian metal band!

Yes, they are a Christian metal band but I feel a lot of people will never give them a chance because they have the label Christian attached to their name. In fact, I was one of those people until about 2 years ago when I met my wife and she grew up in the Christian metal scene. I had always looked away from that music because of the term Christian in my lack of faith, but this is genuinely some of the most intense and emotional music, lyrics aside, that I have ever heard in my entire life. Give them a chance and you will absolutely love them.

Anybody listen to like a storm, one of there songs is my favorite and I think he should react to it, it’s different but a really good song called love the way you hate me.
