The Hike - White Mountains of Maine

Part one in a long term series Chris Shane is working on showing off the beauty of recreating in the outdoors of New England. Stay tuned for the next iteration of the series.
Sunrise on Baldface in the White Mountains. Carrying a new anamorphic lens, we set out to make a short, simple narrative art film. This is a nod to the beauty we experience every time we set out into the mountains. Starting out with making coffee in the van in the predawn darkness, Chris climbs the famous open ledges of Baldface at sunrise and hikes to the summit where views of Mount Washington await.
