- Joyce Meyer and Robert Morris are two of the most well known false teachers in America. They are so incredibly greedy and they have so much money that they live lifestyles that you are I would struggle to even comprehend. They are filthy rich and its come from donations and collections in the name of Christ. In this video I expose their greed and respond to the way they use the story of Elijah and the poor widow.

Well Elijah wasn't sitting on a warehouse full of food. Like these guys who ask for money while they have multi millions of dollars. And of course Elijah didn't just come asking for food thru God he provided food for the woman and her son. Another great call out and video. Maybe if enough video is put out, maybe these grifters will find themselves needing God instead of the money they depend on.
These grifters sear their own consciences, it's unlikely they will ever see their need for God. When a person is so far gone that they are deceiving and stealing from the masses, their foolish hearts are darkened.

Most of the people giving to these false teachers are giving with a wrong heart to start with. Most give with the intention of seeing a huge financial return for themselves. In their minds, its kind of like a get rich quick scheme. I believe that's part of why they are allowed to be led astray by these false teachers to start with.

What the widow gave wasn't a 'tithe'. Equivocating that as a tithe is a misapplication of scripture. I wonder if either of these 'teachers' ever teach about Jesus' comments about the religious leaders of His day devouring widows houses? Seems applicable now just as much as it was back in His day.

The widow was not suicidal. There was a famine and food was scarce. Why would Joyce give her a mental illness? And why does Robert give the son a terminal illness? Distorting, twisting the scriptures to their own destruction. 2 Pe 3:16
There is so much need in the church, people who really have nothing or who are in desperate need of funds. These people don't fear God, its shocking how much money they make, how they live etc. Some of them waste more money in a day at times than what many will make in their lifetime.
Could you imagine if all these multimillion/billionaire pastors put all their money/resources together how the whole body of Christ would have no needs and they could help the poor
I agree we need to give to people in need. My friend went on a Joyce Meyer mission trip because she's a nurse. It's absolutely DISGUSTING how they take the name of Jesus and make it a 5 star vacation. She was posting things like getting massages, going in the jacuzzi, hotels rooms with full-on room service, and 5 course meals. Then she posted the impoverished village with mud huts and only gave very basic medical care. She bragged about it, thinking she's a good person for doing this. It made me feel disgusting. She wasn't serving the Lord. She and her friends were serving themselves and stroking their egos when they did one good thing. She still loves Joyce Meyer after all the preaching I did. So I cut ties.
Yes we have all seen Anna Selle in her scrubs Meyers sex goddess who loves Jesus and expects us to.believe her.

I have said it before, and I will say it again. There is NO need for Pastors to have millions and millions of dollars in their bank accounts when that money could be used to help people. That is what Jesus would do. And to me, they are not Pastors at all. I can think of one that has $700,000,000, and I think about the things he can do for Christ. Help the widow, the poor, the homeless, the hungry, feed the children, buy Bibles to spread God's word etc., It is so appalling to me.

Yes ! I study medecine because God told me so. And physicians get well payed in practically every country. But after praying a lot and reading I get more and more convinced to even tithe and give more than 30% of my income. Because I will be able to afford that. My bishop in church has 5 houses and never gave money to my mother when she was in financial issues. He only prayed for her. Like please !!

Well said, brother. The Lord delivered my wife and me from false teacher John Hagee four years ago. Prior to that deliverance, we went to a Joyce Meyer conference here in San Antonio. Same old junk. She put on a video about starving children in Africa. Of course she did that to appeal to people’s emotions. We can’t reach out to every single poor person out there and God doesn’t expect us to fix the whole world but no doubt Joyce Meyer pockets a majority of all donations.
No, they pocket all the money. There's no compulsion to actually help the poor and starving. They'll say, "God will provide."
My hackles go up with Robert morris in particular because of the damage his message has done to my son. I live in the area of the church and while I never went there, my son watched the demise of his friend who did attend that church and he’s now turned off to all churches as “money hungry” and corrupt institutions even though the one I go to is nothing like it 😢
I hate that and struggle not to have the same feeling towards Morris.

It was a test of faith for the woman, similar to Abraham offering up Isaac. (Matthew 6v11 give us this day our daily bread). And also for Elijah to trust God by sending him to someone who naturally couldn't support him, but God through her would support him supernaturally.
It was also a picture of Jesus: a last supper, the unleavened bread, only son, oil (of the spirit), two sticks (the cross?)
Just as we run out of our own resources and trust God , he provides more than we could ever ask or think.

The woman was commanded by God to feed Elijah, same as the ravens where commanded to bring him food. And God acted straight away that the oil wouldn’t dry or the flour jar not end. So you’re 100% right.

This Scripture in my opinion was not teaching about tithing but about 'sharing, putting the need of others first, obedience, faith in God, and unselfishness'. Why don't Joyce and Robert tell their congregation to give a small 'cake' instead of money? A hungry person needs cake/bread, but a greedy person wants money. Truth.
2 Corinthians 9:7; "Every man as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly or of necessity, for God loveth a cheerful giver."
Matthew 6:3&4 Jesus says to give in secret, and in 6:6 tells us to pray in secret for our needs, and God will answer openly. We need to trust God to answer, not broadcasting our plight to others and pressuring them.
Both of those passages are about giving to the poor.
Those 2 scriptures aren’t about tithing!! They show how obedience and faith in God in the most dire situations will yield a miracle in your life!

"that I and my son may eat and die"......is not the statement of a depressed, suicidal woman .... it is a woman bravely facing the facts and the realities of her circumstances. If I want to give money to charity I give directly to the needy. I prefer to feed them .I don’t give through other people. And I read my Bible and pray. Holy Spirit guide me. Maybe empty lots around that can be taken and used for the homeless.
Install electrical outlets every ten feet, and tow old broken down donated vehicles beside each outlet. Have small heaters screwed to the roof of the vehicle with a wire grate around it for protection, so the homeless can have a warm dry place to sleep and rest and store their Belongings. Do not allow belongings, or junk or garbage outside the vehicles. All junk must be hauled to the dumpsters each evening. Have some restrooms at the sites made with concrete blocks, steel toilets, no mirrors, and cold showers unless they have loonies for a warm shower.
Have warm.showers if there is money for it though. Three minutes for one loonie or something. Everything free except warm water for showers. That should get them out in a hurry, especially with no mirrors either. Cold showers free though. At least they have water. People have a place to use the bathroom too. This would be so much better than having folks sleep in the mud and rain and snow. So much safer and more dignified. Much neater and more hygienic. It's cheap too. The vehicles are an instant home donated for free or perhaps a small tow fee. The electricity required to heat only a vehicle isn't much.
Cold water only in the bathrooms is cheap. If they want warm water showers they have to pay for that. Collect bottles or something. Keep the dumpsters emptied so no overflowing garbage.
Have some picnic tables maybe.
This a a very cheap way to keep folks from freezing to death and reduce hospital costs. They can keep their belongings locked up in their car. Keep the streets neater without tarps and tents all over.
This is extortion pure and simple. An extortioner takes money from someone by threat, by position of authority, and/or by reputation. Their intent is to increase what they have by decreasing what their prey possesses. Such are lovers of money. “Whoever loves money never has enough; whoever loves wealth is never satisfied with their income.” Ecc 5:10 Lovers of money are never content with what they have. They are always asking for more. “Greed has two daughters. Their names are Give and Give.” Prov 30:15. Ministers who repeatedly emphasize giving do so because their hearts are saturated with greed. Those who are extortioners and greedy for their neighbors money are not presently nor ever will be in the kingdom of God unless they repent and repay what they have stolen. They unknowingly are awaiting eternal damnation.
I would like to ask these unholy scamsters, one question, "Did Elijah tithe?. He couldn't have. Just a piece of cake?!".

Robert Morrison said that if you don't tithe bad things will happen. The whole church should have got up and left. Pushing fear for money is extorting the sheep. How many times in the Scriptures we are told not to live in fear. The only fear we should have is a healthy fear of God.
God sent Elijah to the woman to feed him. Yes, Elijah took food from poor and famished widow. The Reverend should tell the world what the poor people that she takes monies from get in return. The widow, her son and Elijah were fed by God for the period of the famine. Upon all the "Sow seed" that we ask our followers to do what do they get from our promises?

As for myself, I won't tell Robert Morris is perfect, but because they believe in tithing doesn't make him a false teacher and gladly listen to his teachings for decades! As for Joyce Meyer , very disappointing, this may have been after her 1st or 2nd plastic surgery before her liposuction of the whole body! Tithing may be optional, but is not going to hurt anyone! Brother Morris has never condemned anyone who doesn't tithe in his church, but does challenge them that if they don't see improvement in their finances after tithing for a year, he will reimburse them, so obviously his conviction's are strong in this area, and he explains and teaches the scripture very well! Joyce started out pretty well, with edifying teachings, now though only borrows from the other greedy graspers spiels to squeeze more out of the poor, so wouldn't like to be in her shoes on judgement day! Don't intend to offend this is just my opinion about brother Morris!
The story of the widow is to show how God will keep feeling the vessels as long as there are empty vessels to fill. In no way does this story suggest we are to take from the poor. Putting God first, even the poor can do this, Yet to all these Millionaire Preachers, If your not using your money to take care of the poor. It will be like Christmas Carol where Marley tells Scrooge if you don't care for the poor, you will be working on your chains for eternity. Every rich preacher needs to hear the message about tithing and hear from God, you first.

Why don't these so called preachers disclose financial information to the BBB so everyone can see what % of the money they collect goes to charitable causes. I know Joyce Meyers Ministries has not disclosed any accountability information to the BBB.
These false preachers will have to stand before God to give account for their false teachings. Their pride and arrogance will prevent their repentence while they're alive. What awaits them will not be pleasant.

During the Covid lockdowns, didn't Robert Morris tell his congregation to not tithe at one point? I know that he decided or God 'told him' to not do his once-every-three-years message of The Blessed Life? What happened?
Paul never asked for money from the churches but worked with his hands. But Paul also said, those who work full time in minstry, should get paid because they paid by ministry.

Guys, if you have the money please tithe, and if you can't, just give what you can with a good heart and God will provide for you; I am not rich but God always provides for me.
You don't have to give your money to these preachers. You can give it to a food bank, a neighbour or family member who is struggling. Ask the Holy Spirit to guide you to who needs your help. Always look at it as God's money as he gave it to us in the first place.

I really don’t understand how they can get up there week after week, and just lie on God like that. Their churches are providing for them, and the poor are still poor meanwhile they’re living it up. I know that I must stand before God, but I sure hate to be them when they stand before Him. Indeed, it's OK to use the Labor of the poor to produce a cheaper or better product for other poor people. But I think, that's not what they had in mind.
He intended to use her obedience to bring a long time benefit to her and her son. Not to make you feel you should put a millionaire preacher before your family .
