I learned how to be more knowledgeable, I feel like I’ve always wanted to or seen myself as knowing a lot, but I realized that there’s time where I could just take in information and say thank you instead of just going back and fourth, I’ve learned so much and I learned that most of the time I can take things as an attack and that’s why I’m so quick to say something, but I’m getting better at it. I’m so grateful for gaining and losing friends, I think losing a lot of people really teaches you a lot, I learned how to be more alone because of it and I used to get really depressed and from time to time I still tend to get really depressed about it, but I’m glad it’s less. My dad once told me that you shouldn’t care to much about people that won’t be in your life, but I replied with I think the point in life is caring about people that come in go, it shows how you are as a person and if someone chooses to go or you choose to it’s just life and you get to build memories even with temporary people, I think the beauty of having the public is that one day anyone can come into your life and even if they’re not in it for a long time it’s fine because that’s what they were meant to be. lastly getting closer to my mom and sister I feel like depression made me feel the most alone when I would be at family events and when people knew I was depressed it got worse because they thought I didn’t want to be involved so I pushed myself away and only recently did I realize that I cared so much about what they thought that I kinda characterized myself as my own depression, but now it’s like I can actually be happy or do anything with my family. Anyways I’m so GREATFUL to have you guys to watch, YALL have definitely helped me in my moments of sadness, but mostly my happiness and I’m glad we can all do that for you guys too, to the new year and to things we can control🥂💕

Biggest challenge was definitely taking accountability for my excuses. I always gave my excuses to not do something important or discipline myself but I have improved to just get tf up and do it. Something awesome that happened is making genuine memories with my boyfriend without having to take pictures all the time.
I went back and watched last new years episode and the growth is insane, physically and mentally (yall were in shambles last new years) !! Im ahppy to say this is my first FULL year of supporting u guys and I hope its not the last. 😂🎉💝

Biggest accomplishment was relationships (both friendships and dating), I got out of a long-term relationship at the end of 2022 and it was fun to date around and see what I like/don't like. Sean, my bf and one of my friends used Accutane. It helped clear up acne, but a side effect was their skin got super dry. They pretty much moisturize day & night to deal w/ the dryness.

the first 5 minutes was the most chaotic thing ever lol
also not one to be all sensitive and shit but 2022 was an awful year but also the year that I first found suburb talks. there was a podcast I believe last year in which devin said some stuff about his mental health and how he was able to get himself out of his slump. I decided I was going to try and do the same thing. I’m the one living my life if I keep saying bad things are always happening to me and I’m not changing anything about it, of course bad things would continue to happen. Beginning of 2023, literally Jan 6 😭 I moved out of my parents house. No warning whatsoever no financial planning nothing. Was it tough being completely independent, hell yeah. But I was able to go out and genuinely experience life. I started taking dance classes again. I met the friends I have now through dance. I put myself out there and made amazing friends. I go out and enjoy my life. I have never been so in love with life and I give a huge thanks to all of y’all. In some way the advice each one of y’all give hit me in a certain way. Gah damn I’m going off I’m boutta double space this shit like fucking anaseanda said to do in the end 😭 anywayssss little happy moment just to thank y’all for doing this.

hardest thing this year: I've lost a lot, I lost both my grandfathers (10 days in between crazy ik) and I lost a very close friend, I think I also lost myself and my personality changed a lot and idk if it's for the better or the worst but I just feel different.
best thing: I'm not gonna lie not a lot of good things happened but I have learned that everything happens for a reason, the lessons I've learned this year are definitely sticking with me.
