Some days all I can do is cry, learning to re parent and love myself is easier some days than others..
But as they say, practice makes perfect 👌 ❤
And It’s a daily practice, unlearning and learning to let go

And trust that you take lots of time inbeween sharing so openly with such vulnerability and rawness,, when I’ve spoken at events I’ve found the next few days I’ve felt like I’ve been on an emotional rollercoaster 😮
I’m learning we have to feel to heal.
