This is the last part in the series I made on the Kundalini Awakening symptoms. Here I explain the Astral and Causal body along with the higher Kundalini Symptoms. I talk about the Amrita dripping in the body and the anchoring of higher consciousness into the body. The changes that happen at the physical level while anchoring the higher consciousness into the body.
Kundalini process is more detailed than what I described in this series. The aim of this series is to give an overall understanding on the process. The video was created in bits and edited to keep the flow more understandable. In hindsight I realise that it could have been edited better, nevertheless, the video still presents an authentic picture of the process.

I have watched this video several times over….It’s amazing how accurate you are about so many things! In 2017, I saw my chakras and the rise of Kundalini began in 2019. I wish I knew then that it was a sign of what’s to come.

It's wonderful that this knowledge is now being shared on this planet, it's only a few years ago it was near impossible for many people to find, let alone finding people who had experiential knowledge. I wondered if you can please comment on the 'blue pearl', that people like Muktananda talk about, and some people see. I have heard it described as the subtle mind/ soul, or central channel. In the himalaya they talked about using a blue flower for meditation as it draws you in, is the most comfortable for the mind. Blue is also the healing color. They also say in the bardos if you see a blue light, it means you are coming back to the human realm. Thanks again. xo
I think the blue light you are referring to is the agyaa chakra or the third eye. It is seen in deep meditation.
I experienced the pineal gland or the aagya chakra as bright light. I have not seen the blue pearl. My inner visions are dominated by snakes and lights.
Spiritual experiences differ depending on the practices and the kundalini rising path.
Blue is the color of agyaa chakra. The pineal gland is connected to it. From this area upwards one is entering into the subtle body.

Hello Shailaja, I have watched this video a few times and I can relate to all of the information you cover in this video and your other videos. My kundalini awakening began when I was 15 years old. I experienced Shiva in 2020 at the age of 50. In the past year I have received premonitions of my death and I was given the date of my transition. I’m not afraid of dying because I’ve had Near Death Experiences and I know that the transition occurs very easily and with love. Do you offer sessions? I have a few questions I’d like to ask you. I have dripping of amrita in meditation and mantra chanting it starts to accumulate in my mouth and i just swallow. Is that right ?

Does negredo flowing start before kundalini awakening or after. What is getting cleansed when negredo flows? Where does it get drained?
It happens after kundalini awakening, to some extent lower chakras get cleansed then a blast happens through the spinel like a volcano. This dislodges the karmic residue of many lifetimes that is at the level of the causal body or karana shareera. This is seen as black tar dripping through the lateral sides of the chakra areas or through various apertures of the body and leaving the person's energetic system completely.
Now this person's sanchita karma or karmic residue is gone. Only enough praarabhdha karma to complete in this lifetime is left.
The person's karmic account through many lifetimes is burnt and kundalini shifts its residence from muladhara to the higher chakras.
Thank you so much for such a prompt and precise response. The negredo in my case is not just black tarish and smokey. But I see chocolate colour, red, blue, green, yellow, peach, cream, pink and Violet. It's a 24x7 processes, keeps happening. Its amazing how much is organized layers after layers, storage after storage places. Is there any significance of other colours? What happens after all d negredo is cleared?
Energy flows freely after cleansing occurs and the various colors could represent the chakra that is getting cleansed
How long does the negredo or d stored garbage disintegration flow take place? It's been 2 weeks and I still see it. It gives me a lot of head ache and body fatigue. What can I do to accelerate it or facilitate it? What can be done to deal with d fatigue both mental and physical?
In a down up awakening it happens instantly but in a topdown awakening it happens over time.... You can do healing therapies like pranic healing, chiropractic or chinese energy etc. Body mind healing to accelerate it
