He has a story to tell and does so brilliantly, creatively, imaginatively, magnificently and joyfully majically. He made me believe that majic truly is possible. for his final one as x, no matter what one u choose it will lead to hope (29:57), literally based on the certain position of the circles and squares, its not shuffled like he said. the second performance while he is x, the touching on the shoulder part he touches dec after the nose and head thing (21:41 watch his hand behind decs back), not just before he says it like he does to ant (22:07). these are just the two things most obvious to me, i have not gone too into depth of it but based on this it would all be tricks, so in fact he is a magician not a mentalist. the main aspect of his act isnt insane magic, but relies heavily on the mystery and the story he created

X. He should have been the real winner of BGT. Not only by his acts, but also because of the story that was told to us from his very first audition in 2018. A story that began at December 23rd, 2015, with a simple message. HOPE. Damn, I was really fucking pissed off that he didn’t won. This is the only person ever that I really REALLY wanted to win. He is the only one that TRULY deserved it. However I acknowledge him as the winner, but most of all, as an inspiration to everybody. He showed us that even when life is tough, we should have HOPE, for our problems to be resolved, and for our dreams and inspirations to come true. X, you are a true hero my man!!! 🙌🏻🙌🏻

okay no cap this is the best "ALL PERFORMANCES" i've watched. i am absolutely shook. this was like a movie i watched with all sorts of plot twists! it was shocking, scary and so much more! especially in the last performance when he showed the video of the "hope" poster in Isabellas cot! absolutely stunning

I am a 58 year old mother of 3 and a grandmother of 8..I have watched this video over and over again for days...ever since I first seen it...it gives me goosebumps and tears...and I get so over whelmed...I have always believed in Magic..but I felt it was just an illusion a slide of the hands...but after watching this video...I believe in much more than the slide of hands...it is inspiring and very emotional..MARC SPELMANN you are amazing...and now I am about ready to cry again...thank you for what you have done...and I hope I see more of this...I believe in you...
This guy has some sort of connection with spirits . He is literally a wizard i really think he deserved to win this made me cry because of Ant and Dec's connection . He has sent a message to us all ,he is an inspiration to all.

He is amazing. He should have won first time he was on America's got talent but the fact that he didn't give up and he kept coming back. You can tell he just loves his job. He's not a magician to me, he's a beautiful storyteller. Magic is just there. It's him behind the magic he does.
I’m one of those people who are lucky enough to experience real goosebumps. I know it’s a human trait that we all cannot share, but there’s no way anyone who has seen this guy perform from day dot did not get them. I have never had full body goosebumps in my life, not even on the coldest day, but watching X pull their mask off and Marc’s face was there, my whole body felt electrified and every goose that could, bumped! That guy isn’t just Magic, he’s the most emotionally connected person I’ve ever seen. The way he talks about his family and what they’ve been through and the way you can actually see all of it written on his face is nothing short of incredible. He not only talks about hope and wanting us to connect, he actually makes us experience it every time he steps on stage, even just for a few minutes. His family is so lucky to have him. I could only dream of finding a husband (or wife) like that. What an amazing dude! Marc, if you ever see this comment... Thank you!

I watched all of both of their performances and i have to say i do agree. The old man was good, but marc was better. Both made me cry but this was insanely inspirational. You can tell that he did this for the message, not the money. Hes truly amazing

hell i kept looking at the title very confused trying to steadily figure out why it was saying one thing but i was watching something else. then when i seen the door getting pushed open I knew and was just in shock and awe. talk about jaw dropping. it has been three days since i first saw this video and i watch it two three times a day still. and still trying to pick up my jaw. VERY VERY INSPIRING. LOVE THIS GUY AND HIS STORY.
A scene from movie Now You See Me..a magician hides a signed playing card in a tree trunk and after many many years performs a show and asks the same man who signed the card long back to cut open the tree trunk to find it again..the vision to think about how the trick will come into play after so many years is the key factor here..I felt the same jaw dropping moment when I saw Marc's first trick in this video 👌👌👌
I enjoy watching Marc perform in his audition. I can't think of what he's gone through. A 1 out of 25 chance for a red crayon. A 1 out of 52 chance for a card, a 1 out of goodness knows how many different combos a Rubix cube has, and a one out of how many words in that book, one magical story, one magical girl, one magical miracle. I saw this years ago and I still go back to his audition just to remember that miricles do happen
I'm almost inclined to tell you how he did all those things & if I did you'd realize it's really not as mysterious as you think BUT...there's really nothing to be gained by spoiling it. As long as you believe the message his act conveys then that's whats important.
This will never be done again.. it was absolute genius.. the foresight to even conceive of this act over varies years is imo humbling and incredible.. the message to is so apt for this period too with the pandemic ect..
Late? Yes. But respect has no time table. Marc is a brilliant person. His 'magic act' is the best since he includes people and objects he cannot directly control. Shin Lim is a perfect example; he is always in control of the cards. When Marc picks up the Rubiks cube, he may have seen the pattern that matched the video and ensured it would be on top. But, what are the odds Amanda could create that same pattern? Absolutely amazing human being.

It all easily could have been set up beforehand, including a trick board with invisible ink and a revealer pen. It's not that shocking

Late? Yes. But respect has no time table. Marc is a brilliant person. His 'magic act' is the best since he includes people and objects he cannot directly control. Shin Lim is a perfect example; he is always in control of the cards. When Marc picks up the Rubiks cube, he may have seen the pattern that matched the video and ensured it would be on top. But, what are the odds Amanda could create that same pattern? Absolutely amazing human being.
