No fake backing tracks, no in ear monitors, no auto-tune. Real people playing real live music, a decade into just being an oldies act, yet still 100 times better than any of garbage live acts of today.
I can't seem to stop watching this version. Dennis on the drums, pushing the tempo. Nobody fell behind, and they absolutely killed it! Mike just couldn't figure out that they were a rock band.
In the B section of the chorus I cant even comprehend whats going on with the vocals. Its beyond amazing, only a genius thinking in more harmonies than humanly possible could arrange that. The greatest band of all time!
59 year old, slugging beer at home in New Zealand, just watched this, i'm stumped as to what to watch next. What a band..

I have to watch this at least once a week to cure my seasonal depression.
Dennis Wilson absolutely killing it on the drums....man that was good
pretty fast
What do you watch the rest of the depressing year?
Brian Wilson is the mad scientist behind the Beach Boys. Amazing song, amazing
Arguably the best live performance of the song; all the members looked so happy and in sync.
A few more verses and Dennis would have them singing at warp speed... Got faster every time he hit the bridge.
Paul McCartney said, decades ago, that this was The Beach Boys' best song. I think so.
Al’s voice was so amazing during this entire concert. He really filled out the vocals nicely.
Best performance of this song I've ever heard. Love Dennis rocking those drums! Even Mike managed to not make an ass out of himself for once.

Best version I've ever heard. Brings back memories. 🙂
Knebworth, 1980 - I was there - it was AMAZING!

A sadness runs through me everytime i see Dennis banging on those drums.
RIP Carl and Dennis.
Great to see Dennis on the drums one more time. RIP!
Love the way Carl nods at Dennis to say your on boy rock them drums brudder....
