I always thought this band was stunningly good. One night after one of
their performances, I accidentally ran into Dale Bozzio. I got a chance
to talk to her for a while. I found her to be a highly intelligent,
super nice woman. She did not have to talk to me for so long, but she
did anyway and she had wonderful vibrations. Because it was an
accidental meeting, I had nothing for her to sign after the show and she
knew it. So she signed my T-shirt that I was wearing. She wrote: "Thank
You for Being Such a Great Fan, Love Dale Bozzio". When I got home I
immediately placed the T-shirt on my living room wall and I never wore
it again. She is a kind woman and so talented. I will never forget that.

Terry is a creative rock drummer. He also disperses Latin rhythms in there with his Roto Tom work a bit, a touch of semi clave along with his flare for fireworks and double kick fills. He has a definitive style. However, there's more than a few drummers in that league that could also rock this and they had one in Andy Sanesi. He can rock and swing as a jazz drummer. Versatile.

After their EP, the mix was so good on Spring Session M. I was disappointed that Terry went to an electric kit after that. He sounds so good playing an acoustic kit. Same with Neil Peart. I still loved the songs, they just lost something even though they gained different sounds.

Interesting perspective scottarnest8980. The Sync Keyboards and the Electric Drum Kits became an integral part on the New Wave Sound of the 80's. Terry Bozzio is brilliant on both acoustic and electric kits.
