The apartment closer to everything. With that it's more convenient, gives y'all places to go and things to do with the family. That's worth it. Able to go to a store easier if you need to do it on a whim. That alone is a major 'amenity" because if y'all get a little restless and crapped up at home taking a walk with stores, etc around would be great. If it has a great pool and play area even better.

This is APARTMENT INCLUDING SUPERMALL, SUPER MARKET, HUGE PARKING (motobike, cars), SWIMMING POOL, GYM & PARK FOR KIDS.
While mostly small apartment/condo build by PRIVATE HOUSE OWNER/LANDLORD might be beautiful modern, clean, but it’s smaller in land size & don’t have CARS PARKS & PARKS, SWIMMING POOL, GYMS,etc..
IN SAIGON (HCM) you can rent all type of CONDO/APARTMENT as well.
      Mostly US/WESTERN don’t understand & recognize this different, that’s why they’re confused.
These apartments mostly building in huge lands with fews building towers together. And mostly stay at DIRECT SURFACE IN STREET AT CENTER DISTRICT.
While mostly smaller private apartments/condos build by private property landlord might have good price little bit but not fit with FAMILY WITH KIDS OR ELDERY.
Hope you understand what I mean.
BTW, NHA TRANG & DA NANG IS BEAUTIFUL BUT THEYRE CENTER VIETNAM.
There have 1 STORM SEASON IN YEARS, so it have reason why it cheaper.
It’s not because less foreigners or less tourists
I’m VIETNAMESE so I know what I’m talking about. SAIGON & Hanoi is center head of Vietnam because it have reason.
SEA PORT IS BIG & EASY, WAVES IS NOR HSRSLY AS CENTER. Centers Vietnam is beautiful but summer season is too hot & humid but rainy storm season is bad.

Nha Trang is definitely beautiful, if i have money I want live in Đà Nẵng. Nốt Nhà Trang, they’re big city but still have almost countryside & space enough.
And Đà Nẵng have good Hospitals (same level as Saigon).
But Nha Trang don’t have, when ppl get serious trouble sickness they’re rather to go Đà Nẵng or HCM. It’s plus add as well.
Đà Nẵng is third HEAD CITY IN VIETNAM SO GORVEMENT PUSHING ON HEALTHCARE SYSTEMS (HOSPITALS). If you’re retirement & have healthy trouble, nothing best city with top hospitals.
It’s also another reason why HEAD CITY ALWAYS A BIT EXPENSIVE THAN PTHERS CITY.
Because Vietnam is still developing so Gorvement can’t build alots hospital in every place.
Btw, MOST GENIUS TOP DOCTORS STUDY IN BIG CITY & AFTER THEYRE GRADUATE THEYRE WORKING IN CITY. It’s reason why alots good doctors only stay in HANOI, HCM. Laterly is ĐA NANG, HUẾ.city & CẦN THƠ (southern city in bottom Vietnam)

It’s just an apartment. You’re not married to it, I guess just pick one that fit to your pocket. Period

Woah the house prices are crazy low in Vietnam. Can’t even find a decent 1 bedroom place for $1k in NYC nowadays. House (and many other things) prices just makes me wanna move to Vietnam, everything over there is like so cheap
