Guide To The Coast Guard Pier in Fallout 4

Originally a facility for the US Coast Guard, this pier was built along the Charles River just southwest of Boston. Shortly before the Great War, the Coast Guard had intercepted a shipment of smuggled chems, which can be discovered and looted within the evidence room. Eddie Winter holotape 9 can be found here.

You can open the door to that trailer without getting shot by going around to the back of it and disarming the trap through the window.

I always grab a Coast Guard hat, so my companion, typically Cait or Piper, can wear it 😏

A crashed vertibird without a suit of power armor? What is the Commonwealth coming to?

Can this place be turned into a settlement? Or do the super mutants make that a no go? It's good for water purifying, and the size isn't too bad either. Plus there IS a building to work with, and it may have room to grow crops too. Not sure what other kind of enemies are nearby, but that's what turrets and assaultrons are good for.
