Switching things up here a little bit and this winter I'm going to take you on skis a bit with this new series "A NOOB AND A PRO" !!!

Yoann, really hope that parking ticket didn't cost you much? That looked like a good opening day at Whistler. Hope this becomes a full series...would be great to see your progression and what tips you get along the way.

Why don't you guys close the bar when sitting in the lift? Is that not required in Canada?
Safety police isnt really a thing at most ski areas. Does any ski area emphatically require the bar be down?
@@Dragonfly0987 Yes? Everywhere I've been in Switzerland, Germany, Austria and France they will stop the lift if you don't close the bar.

Definitely not my first time skiing at all haha!! But compared to the level of the skiers in Whistler, I’m a very very bellow average skier 😊🔥. But I’m gonna get better 👊
@@YoannBarelli_IntoTheGnar ok gotcha! Ive been skiing my whole life and was an instructor for a while. Ive never seen anyone able to just jump on skis like that and just be able to make parallel turns like that! My wife is still learning. She was watching this and was like ok i give up if thats how people just learning ski i suck at it! Haha
