No! The issue was that the album was in fact not easy to delete off your account. If you deleted it, it would just come back. There were whole forums trying to figure out how to get rid of it.
Why though?
I am still fuming at U2 for putting their album on my iPod. I must think about it at least once a month and get mad over it again. I can't believe I've held this grudge for 10 years tbh

In the past month I’ve heard my mom twice say “why does my phone always start playing U2 every time I plug it into the car?” Lol so apparently some people are still affected by this 😂
The U2 album caused a huge fight in my household because I thought my younger brother had gone into my iTunes library and bought it using my debit card without my permission (he was a U2 fan and going through a theft phase). I feel bad because I was sooo certain he had done it, that I complained to our parents, even though he was adamant that he hadn’t. I’ve had a grudge against U2 ever since.
I feel like the phrase "break the internet" was invented by Kim's marketing team and only persists because unoriginal marketing teams repeat it. It's lasted, but idk if anyone actually uses it for real. As a result I kind of hate it.

That poor target worker. It’s wrong to treat anyone that way but he was just a kid!!! Also the way Ellen spoke to her guests was sometimes very invasive, not sure why it took so long for her to be cancelled

all i remember from 2014 was playing minecraft and then writing my own parodies to popular songs at the time like counting stars, using microsoft word, cause google docs wasn’t really a thing yet

One of the first things that comes to mind when I think about 2014 is the Sochi Olympics and the memes about all the issues surrounding them plus Russia invading Crimea literally right after the Olympics ended 💀 That was pretty crazy

heres an idea: instead of having a video every time seeming cool happens. have a weekly news show, say, every Tuesday? and you shouldnt have a video, just sound. change your name from 'scroll deep' to 'youtuber news: the podcast' (a random name that youve NEVER had before). and have some fun segments like the numbers segment and rat: the story of a rat.

I was in 5th/6th grade in 2014. All I really remember is my brother being born, sequins, and thinking I was grown bc I was in middle school
I saw 1989 in Detroit! I stayed in the creepiest, rundown Airbnb but I was 26 and carefree, so I didn’t care. My friends and I made the best of it and it ended up being one of my fav trips ever!!!
