From the 20kg warhead if we assume 100% TNT equivalency we got 80MJ, but theres fragmentation so say 1/4 of that? so 20MJ? They have always behaved this way. Look at Aleppo, Chechnya, Georgia. The point is to intimidate and terrorise to make Ukraine capitulate. They do it to show that they can. It came straight after Orban's visit to Moscow and Putin's demands for peace
The pilots were told that all targets were hit. One of the pilots was so horrified when he found out what the targets were that he sent Ukraine a list of all those in command of his unit.
