Really Auti it's amazing.. Usually after splits my legs are not much able to move but still I do them, and exercises after sore legs are really painful

Know what, whenever I'm sore I don't stop practicing because of pain because 'No pain no gain'.. Even when I did front splits after 20 days myl legs pained badly but even after that I started training for middle splits from the next day.. But this video really helped me to do it💖💖

Hey Auti! I have a question…So I am a couple of inches away from my splits and I have been like this for a long time. I am consistently stretching but can’t seem to go all the way down to the floor. I am soooo close but so far away😫 is there anything that you would recommend me doing to get all the way down??? thank you😊
Hello! How are your splits now? If they are not all the way down, i would recommend you to search about dynamic stretches and strength exercises for splits.
