Hi everyone!! I hope you enjoy this video of me making a lighter case from .999 Fine Silver!!!
Material Used:
20g Fine Silver Sheet
Bic Lighter
Measurements:
Height of Lighter: 70mm
Width of Lighter: 66mm

Say I was to add gemstones to a lighter case...when would you solder the bezels? TIA

Thank you for your comment. You could either do it after you have formed the case or you can do it while it’s in sheet form if you know where you want to place it. I’d recommend to do it after you have the shape of the lighter case and everything is already soldered on. The reason is because sometimes you have to shape the case a little more after it’s been formed and I’d hate to mess up one of the bezels while doing that.
