It stopped being ‘dating’ many years ago. It became all about egos, hookups, bad attitudes, selfishness, and the never-ending need to use and get over on other people. People who ‘date’ are actually looking for a mate, and the process is very close to what old timers used to call courting.

I think what you are seeing more common among men is a sense of fatigue which is almost solely a result of dating apps as the biggest driver of dating and relationships. It’s not that guys don’t want to date it’s just as some have voiced the effort to return isn’t there and the apps can take a toll on you. Most dating apps are not a great time for most guys and I think more guys are stepping away for their own pursuits or emotional wellness rather than continue this cycle of insanity

@nodody5848 I had like 3 of the big dating apps for a couple months in 2023. I did not go on one single date. I'm 26 6'2 and in good shape. I make middle class money. These hoe's really think they are too good for everyone. I deleted the apps and have never and will never get them back again. Women would only reply to my messages if I insulted them or started an argument, if I said something nice I'd get no response.
The light always chases the darkness back into shadows. I've met several women who made my desire to become the best version of myself as a criminal activity. And yes it hurts, it hurts deep. But on the bright side, I kept growing while the rest suffer in the misery of their own making. So being rejected has helped me not fall into a worst situation. And because of that, I still have oppertunity for someone whose put in the work to grow right along side with. And no its not perfect, nor am I, but it sure beats that feeling of hopelessness. Hope this helps all you men and women out there. Never give up on yourself or your dreams.
