I've made a mistake yesterday. I decided to google the Real.
Turns out that most of lore (except the mutations and the monsters) is 100% legitimate psychoanalysis theories.
That terrified me. No matter how altered it is in videos, when you read the lore of the best horror you've seen in non-fictional Wikipedia articles, it feels like reality and horror bleed together.
