I hear him and I use to be plant base but all bodies are not created equal. Genes also load the gun but diet load the trigger. After 5 years of plant base diet. My body wasn’t absorbing B12 and D3 properly. Ppl will do what they need to when they feel awful. I supplement b12 and eat organ meat. Everything else is clean eating, and I have no regrets. Everyone do what’s best for your body. Maybe one day I’ll come back fully raw or plant base but for now I feel amazing again and I’m not giving that up for no one. I truly believe your consciousness is more important than what you eat: I see happy, healthy, strong active ppl like him at his age that eats mainly lots of eggs, meat and fatty oils, still drinking or smoking and dies at 90+. How comes? I see ppl that don’t take care of themselves die physically fit at 80/90+. How comes? It’s all a mystery to me and I’ve stop judging. Once I’m healthy, happy, beautiful and living right. For instance, my mother is 97 years, old, and she, probably, never did any exercise for most her life. Genetic is the most importance reason for longevity. Genetics is about 50% important because the earlier generation ate all organic food(e.g. vegetables, some meat) and did a lot of physical labor(e.g. farming, construction). There was very little processed foods and no fast food restaurants(e.g. Burger King, Kentucky Fried Chicken). All of the points made above contributed their longevity even though many of them did not have health insurance. Many younger people who have grand parents living til the 90 year old range are getting sick (e.g. high blood, pressure, heart attacks, diabetes) before age 60. This is what I have noticed working in hospitals for over 30 years.

Man’s original diet is vegan and B12 was produced in primarily at the root of many vegetables with the combination of soil bacteria and worm lava. The B12 was found in soil and bodies of water(e.g. streams). Unfortunately, modern farming practices(e.g. chemical pesticides, fungicides) eliminated the “pests” and this natural B12 vegan process. Some Vegetables (e.g. mushrooms, sea weed) have a some B12 . As a direct result, since man has destroyed the vegetarians primary source of B12 , if needed one could take a B12 supplement once a week.
