If you listened to the testimony, you would of heard he did it the day before he was given written rules from the court not to. Yes, one day before. Then his friend, who he talked to about getting new phones, also got a new phone. Then, he lied about it. The same guy he was but dialing the morning of the crime. Yes, in his sleep at that! How do you explain his wife was/wasn’t answering 2 phone calls at 6am, even though it was proven she did answer, but said she didn’t. Why? To prove she was still asleep and ignoring the dog barking, the fire trucks, the police cars, etc. outside her home. So he husband has an alibi why he didn’t go outside? Everyone knows why he didn’t go outside. This doesn’t even include the “how long to die in the snow” Google search a few hours before then deleted. Why? Or the “shes not a friend” testimony by Katie! Why all the lies then? Why didn’t the cops, while sifting through the snow for blood with the solo cups, NOTICE THE BROKEN TAILLIGHT??? Then , why did the lead cop lie about when he picked up the car? Why didn’t the plow driver see him on the road side? How do you get scratch marks like that from being hit in the back of head “somehow” with the car? And even though you were hit in the back of the head somehow, then get ran over! Then, how do you end up with black eyes and scratch marks and NO body bruises? Why did the 1st cop on scene say it looked like he got beat up? This isn’t even half of it. Watch the trial. It’s the reason one 1 or 2 people things she’s guilty. They follow closely!
What does not fit is the vehicle in question, and the road conditions does not work. Reversing spinout is what will happen, I guess that is all they could come up with, it's obvious the DA,prosecutor, and the rest think that would be possible,but it's not possible. Reason being the distance needed to excelerate to a speed needed on road ice and snow, and Reversing on those conditions you will spinout. So there must be some reason why they killed him,and the District Attorney, Prosecutor, investors and police are involved or some of them are incompetent to the point of stupidity!
"The Lawyer You Know" has a great breakdown on this trial, fwiw. The commonwealth must be waiting to give evidence beyond a reasonable doubt - because they haven't gotten close to that.
